خاطرات یوگا - matinfard - 2013/04/19

دو سال پیش به اصرار مادر گرامی کلاس یوگا ثبت نام کردیم...
قسمت اول کلاس حرکات کششی بود وقسمت دوم به مدیتیشن اختصاص داشت...
قسمت دوم که انگیزه اصلی من برای رفتن به کلاس بود:
سکوت بود، فضا تقریباً تاریک با حداقل نور، یک موزیک آرام ، همه خوابیده بودن واز نوک انگشت پا تا مغز سر به ترتیب به تعبیر استاد! داشتن انرژی های منفی رو از بدنشون خارج می کردن که ...
خوب کلاس 7 صبح بود وطبیعیه که...
بله در اون سکوت به یکباره صدای خرناس یکی از خانم ها کل فضا را پر کرد!!!
عالی بود...
واقعاً دست جیغ وهورا می خواست!!!!

چون روز سه شنبه گذشته منم سر کلاس یوگا توی بخش آخر کلاس یوگا نیترا خوابم برد اساسی بس که از صبح سر کار خسته شده بودم
یک دفعه از خواب پریدم دیدم همه توی ریلکسیشن هستن خدا رو شکر کسی نفهمید agreement2 agreement2

منم یه چندباری سر کلاسای یوگا خوابم برده
یه بارم در حال انجام حرکت تعادلی بودم که یدفعه تعادلم رو از دست دادم به یکی از بچه هایی که جلوم ایستاده بود برخورد کردم یدفعه بچه ها همه زدن زیر خنده بیچاره اون دختره agreement2
