با سلام به دوستان گلم و همچنین با عرض تبریک بابت سال نو
به احتمال زیاد تعداد زیادی از شما دوستان گلم در مورد اهدای گلبول سفید شنیدید اما بازم من یه توضیحی میدم
یه سایتی هست به اسم be the match که در این سایت افراد بین 18 تا 44 سال میتوانند اقدام کنند برای اهدا گلبول سفید و روش کار به این صورت هست که شما وارد سایت میشید ثبت نام می کنید (register) برای شما به صورت رایگان یه بسته ارسال میشه داخل اون یه چیزی مثل چوب پنبه هست شما داخل لپ میمالید و ارسال میکنید برای تطبیق DNA و اگه مورد قبول باشه به شما آمپول تزریق میشه که گلبول سفید اضافه تولید کنید و بعد با یه سرم این گلبول سفید از شما گرفته میشه برای اهدا و جون یه نفر نجات پیدا میکنه
حالا سوالی که اینجا برای من مطرح هست اینکه ایا بیماران مبتلا به ام اس هم میتونند گلبول سفید اهدا کنند یا خیر؟؟؟ و اینکه آیا امکان انجام این کار در ایران هم هست یا خیر؟ چون بخاطر تحریم ها شاید نشه این کار رو انجام داد

پس به احتمال خیلی زیاد برای اهدای گلبول سفید هم افراد ام اسی مقبول نیستن.

اما بعد از تشخیص ام اس وقتی مراجعه کردم و گفتم هنوز دارو مصرف نمیکنم گفتن به هیچ عنوان خون نمیگیرن.
چون با این روال اون بنده خدایی که خودش مشکل داره مثلا تالاسمی، ممکنه مبتلا به مشکلات جدیدتری بشه.
و این منطقیه.
بخصوص که مشکل ام اسی ها بیش فعالی گلبولهای سفید هست!!

بله درسته منم به این فکر کردم چون مشکل ام اس برمیگرده به گلبولهای سفید پس نمیشه گلبول سفید اهدا کرد angry3

منم فکر کنم که ما ام اسی ها نمی توانیم در این طرح شرکت کنیم !!چون معمولا گلبولهای سفیدمون بیشتر از نرمال هستش و اگر بخواهیم دوباره گلبول سفید بیشتری تولید کنیم حمله های بدی خواهیم داشتconfused2

بدون دارو که نگیرن دیگه با دارو اصلا محاله!
حتی اگه یک آدم سالم در چند روز گذشته آنتی بیوتیک یا کدئین یا داروهای خاص مصرف کرده باشه ازش خون نمیگیرن.
همینطور اگه به عراق و بعضی کشورهای دیگه مسافرت داشته باشین بخاطر مشکوک بودن به مالاریا(!) و بیماریهای دیگه تا یکسال بعد از مسافرت خون نمیگیرن.

پس کارت اهدای اعضا بعد از مرگ مغزی تکلیفش چی میشه ؟ اعضای بدن ام اسی رو قبول میکنن یا میگن ام اس چون ناشناخته هست ممکنه مشکل پیش بیاد ؟

ولی سیستم ایمنیمون خیلی فعاله ها... فقط برعکس کار میکنه و باید یه برنامه دیگه بهش داد...confused2confused2کلا به سیستم کشورمون میخوره یعنی همه چی برعکس ، خودی ها رو دشمن فرض میکنه !confused
