بدون پایداری، هیچ آرزویی تحقق نمی‌یابد، هیچ موفقیتی به دست نمی‌آید، هیچ آرامشی شکل نمی‌گیرد.

افراد سرآمد جهان به قدرت پشتکار، ایمان دارند. زیرا می‌دانند که یک موفقیت بزرگ، تنها در سایه یک پشتکار بزرگ، عملی است.

با این وجود دنیا پر از آدم‌هایی است که به رغم داشتن هوش سرشار، به آن چه می‌خواهند و شایستگی‌اش را دارند نمی‌رسند.

به قول کالوین کوییج: نبوغ از دست‌رفته در جهان امروز یک ضرب‌المثل است. دنیا پر از فارغ‌التحصیلان مستعدی است که با مشقت فراوان خود را به مدارج عالی یک رشته تحصیلی رساندند، اما در نهایت، مسیر عوض کردن‌های پیاپی و از این شاخه به آن شاخه پریدن‌ها باعث شد که به یک فرد معمولی تبدیل شوند.

ایمان داشته باشید افراد موفق در هر رشته، لزوماً قوی‌ترین، سریع‌ترین، بهترین و باهوش‌ترین آنان نیستند بلکه پایدارترین افرادند.

آنها باور کرده‌اند نسبت به آرمانشان، تعقیب بی‌وقفه، رمز موفقیت است.

البته کارهای خوب نیاز به انگیزه‌های قوی دارد، اگر از ابتدا دنبال هدفی برویم که نسبت به آن شور، انرژی و انگیزه داریم آن‌گاه مداومت برای موفقیت نه تنها دشوار نیست بلکه خود یک رویای بسیار شیرین است.

پس هدف خود را به دقت مشخص کنید. روش و الگوی کارتان را بشناسید، آن‌گاه وارد عمل شوید

و آن‌قدر به تلاش خود ادامه دهید تا آن‌چه را می‌خواهید به دست آورید.
