۱- سیستم ایمنی :
تحقیقات علمی نشان می دهد در حالی که افسردگی به ستگاه ایمنی بدن در برابر بیماری آسیب می رساند خنده با کاهش کورتیزول ، افزایش فعالیت سلولهای کاهنده در افزایش سیتوکنین ، دستگاه ایمنی را تقویت می کند .
وقتی شخص می خندد وجودش از احساساتی مثل آلودگی ، گرما ، رهایی و سرحالی آکنده می شود و این ها همان احساساتی هستند که در بردارنده مفهوم احساس سلامتی اند .
۲- ورزش :
خنده یکی از مهمترین ورزشهاست . هیچ ورزشی نمی تواند مثل خنده بیشتر غضلات بدن را به جنبش در آورد .
یک دقیقه خندیدن برابر با چل مرتبه نفس کشیدن است .
همچنین روزانه ۱۵ دقیقه خندیدن بخش زیادی از منافع حاصل از پیاده روی صبحگاهی را در بردارد .
۳- بیماریهای قلبی
خنده با کاهش وزدودن احساسات منفی نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از حملات قلبی دارد و نوعی ماساژ قوی برای قلب است .
پژوهشها نشان داده است که خندیدن از بروز انواع سکته ها و لخته شدن خون در رگ ها جلوگیری می کند
۴- صبر :
متخصصان اعلام کرده اند کسانی که لبخند بر لب دارند علاوه بر آن که از شکیبایی بیشتری برخوردار اند قدرت بسیاری نیز برای حل مشکلات خود می یابند به گفته ارد بزرگ آنکه همیشه لبخندی بر لب دارد شادی را به همگان هدیه می دهد . و بدین ترتیب روحیه یاس که منجربه بروز انواع بیماری ها می شود از بین خواهد رفت . برخی دیگر از صاحبنظران معتقدند داشتن لبخند بر لب بیانگر نوعی آرامش و تخلیه فشار در افراد است و کسانی که هیچ گاه خنده بر لب ندارند نه تنها در مواجهه با هر حرکتی بلافاصله عصبانی شده و از خود واکنش نشان می دهند بلکه فشار خون آنها نیز افزایش خواهد داد .
۵- فشار خون :
تحقیقات دانشمندان نشان می دهد خنده بهترین درمان برای افرادی به شمار می رود که دوران بهبودی پس از سکته قلبی را می گذرانند زیرا فشار خون آنان را کاهش می دهد .
به گزارش پایگاه اینترنتی ، محققان اتریشی در پژوهشی دریافتند که خنده درمانی افرادی که سکته کرده اند سبب کاهش فشار خون می شود .
۶- درد :
بدن ما به طور طبیعی مجهز به موادشیمیایی ضد دردی است که در صورت لزوم برای تخفیف درد از مغز آزاد می شود و آندورفین نام دارد . خندیدن باعث افزایش ترشح این مواد می شود .
محققان در دانشگاه سریلند به این نتیجه رسیده اند که خنده داروی بسیاری از بیماری هاست و چنان چه این حالت به اندازه طبیعی در بشر بوجود آید هرگز بیماری رشد نخواهد کرد .
روزنامه ای کهدر مسکو با انتشار مقاله ای در این زمینه خاطر نشان کرد تحقیقات دانشمندان در دانشگاه سریلند که با آزماریش روی بیش از ۳۰۰ نفر انجام شده نشان می دهد که خنده بسیاری از دردهای آن ها را از بین برده و ریشه های درمان خود جوش را در این افراد به وجود آورده است .
۷- فرآیند یادگیری :
از آنجا که اشتغال ذهنی و اضطراب از موانع یادگیری به شمار می رود از این رو خندیدندر ابتدای مطالعه باعث ایجاد آرامش فکری می شود و فرایند یادگیری را اسان می کند .
احساس شادی در پی خندیدن و بهبود حال و هوای افراد در بلند مدت ، هم در افراد سالمن و هم در بیماران سبب بهبود کیفیت زندگی آنان می شود .
محققان برای بوجود آمدن زمینه های خندیدن مناسب ، خواندن انواع رمان محاوره با افراد مختلف و دردیدن فیلم های شیمایی و بالاخره افزایش آداب و معاشرت با دیگران را پیشنهاد می کنند .
بنابراین می توان گفت :
خنده نقش حمایتی و تقویتی را بر روی مغز و بدن ایفا می کند .

زندگی را سخت نگیرید و در فرصت های مختلف بخندید[size=large]
