سلام من داروی ضدافسردگی استفاده میکنم ولی بازم استرس دارم میشه کمکم کنید متشکرم

دوست عزیز اولا داروی ضدافسردگی با داروی ضد اضطراب و استرس تا حدودی فرق می کنه اگه بیشتر درگیر استرس هستید باید پزشک داروی کمکی ضد اضطراب رو مکمل کنه با داروتون . ضمن اینکه بسیاری از داروهای ضد استرس و افسردگی تاثیرش بعد از حدود چهار هفته مشخص میشه که البته من نمیدونم چه مدته مصرف می کنید . اما نکته مهم این که داروها فقط بخشی از کمک خارجیه که به بدن داده میشه بخشه اصلیش خود ما هستیم کنترل استرس یه سری روش داره که هم اگه تو سایت و بخشای مربوط جست و جو کنید می تونید درباره اش بخونید و هم اینترنت . کلا کنترل ذهن و ریشه یابیه علل استرس می تونه کمک کنه به کنترل اون . انسان موجود قدرتمندیه برای کنترل شرایط ناخوشایند . هیچ دارویی بیشتر از خودتون نمی تونه کمک کننده باشه

با سلام خدمت دوستان عزیز من نیز داروی ضد افسردگی استفاده می کنم اما به نظر خودم تاثیر چندانی نداشته است و نتوانسته روحیات من را عوض نماید خودم خیلی سعی می کنم تغییر کنم اما وقتی در شرایط قرار میگرم همان حالات و روحیات بد به سراغم می آید واقعاً نمی دانم چکاری انجام دهم ممنون میشم راهنمائی فرمائید. با تشکر با خدا همه چیز شدنی است.:angry3

سلام عزیزم همینطور که دوستان گفتن باید تمام قرص اعصاب با مشورت دکتر باشه.اگر دکتر شما داروئی برا شما تجویز کرد حتما مصرف بکن وبینش وقفه ننداز که بدترین ضرر وبه بدنت با وقفه بین این داروها میندازی.درضمن من چون خودم حدود 7ساله هم ارامبخش هم ضد افسرگی میخورم میتونم بگم که این دید ونداشته باش که نخورم چون میگن قرص اعصاب نخور چه کاریه!!!!این جملاتی که خودمم شنیدم..نه اصلا اینطور نیست وقتی دکتر لازم میدونه مصرف کن.درضمن مثلا دوبار شد من دارو را بدون مشورت دکتر کنار گذاشتم تمااااااااااااااااام حالتهام بدتر از قبل برگشت ومجبور شد دکتر دوز دارومو بالا ببره.پس شماهم تمام جواب این سوالتو به نظر من بهترین فرد دکتر شما میتونه بده
