دارویی تزریقی هست بنام نوانترون (اسم تخصصی دارو) که با نامهای تجاری دیگری هر عرضه میشود.

هرکسی در طول عمر فقط 8بار اجازه مصرف این دارو را دارد چون اثرات مخربی بر روی قلب می گذارد. بنابراین قبل از هربار مصرف مجدد دارو، میبایست برای آگاهی پزشک از تغییرات بوجود آمده اکوی قلب داد.

این دارو هم به مرحله تایید نرسیده. دکترم میگفت روی چندتا بیمار اثر خوبی داشته اما در مورد من تاثیر مثبتی نداشت.

سلام
پنج تا از این آمپولها زدم دیروز رفتم چکاپ کامل و اکو انجام دادم با تزریق ششمین آمپولم هم موافقت شد
هرسه ماه یکبار میزنم
ریسک و اثرات مخرب داره ولی درصدش پائینه . با یکی از پزشکان که آدم خیلی محتاط و حسابگریه ، مشورت میکردم که صلاح میدونه بزنم یا نه اصلاً نذاشت حرفم تموم بشه.
گفت که : ای بابا کل زندگی ماها تو ریسکه و فردامون معلوم نیست. ریسک زیر 5 درصدی که میگن، اصلاً ارزش توجه رو در قبال درصد بیشتر اثرات مطلوبش نداره....

استفاده از شیمی درمانی دردرمان ام.اس

پزشکان آمریکایی برای درمان ام اس از شیمی درمانی استفاده کردند.این پزشکان درآزمایشی تجربی مقدار بالایی از داروهای شیمی درمانی را برای 13 بیمار مبتلا به ام اس بکار بردند که پس از 15 ماه درمان،ام اس هیچ یک از بیماران عود نکرد و نیمی از آنان نیز بهبود یافتند.این پژوهشگران معتقدند پس از شیمی درمانی بدن می تواند سلولهای سالمی را تولید کند که دیگر به ام اس دچار نیستند.

ناگفته نمونه که این دارو بشدت باعث ضعیف شدن بدن میشه و میبایست در زمان مصرف استراحت کافی داشت.
