جاذبه صفر سیستم ایمنی بدن را به خطر می اندازد
تغییرات در گرانش و جاذبه مانند آنچه که فضانوردان و دانشمندان ایستگاه فضایی بین المللی آن را تجربه می کنند می تواند به سیستم ایمنی انسان آسیب بزند.

به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر، محققان دانشگاه لورین در فرانسه و دانشگاه لوکزامبورگ می گویند استرس زمان پرتاب، جاذبه صفر و فرود به سطح زمین می تواند سیستم دفاعی طبیعی بدن را در برابر عفونت ها مختل کند.

این دانش پژوهان معتقدند که باید چنین تغییراتی برای سیستم ایمنی پیش از اینکه فضانوردان ماموریت های طولانی مدتی را مانند سفر به مریخ انجام دهند بررسی شود.

محققان جنین سمندرآبی راه راه را پیش از آنکه آنتی بادی مهمی به نام Igm, را بتواند تولید کند، به ایستگاه بین المللی فرستادند. این آنتی بادی در بدن انسان نیز وجود دارد و بزرگ ترین آنتی بادی است که در خون می گردد.

وقتی این جنین ها به زمین بازگشتند، محققان آنها را با جنین های رشد یافته بر روی زمین مقایسه کردند و دریافتند تغییرات در جاذبه در زمان رشد جنین موجب شده، آنتی بادی های بدن و همچنین تولید گلبول های سفید که برای دفاع از بدن در برابر بیماری های عفونی ضروری اند، تحت تاثیر قرار بگیرند.

دانش پژوهان می گویند این تغییرات در انسان نیز می تواند روی دهد و از این رو باید تحقیقات بیشتری صورت داد تا دید چگونه گرانش و جاذبه می تواند سیستم ایمنی بدن و عملکرد گلبول های سفید خون را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد.
