توانبخشی؛ بهترین راهکار برای کنترل خستگی مبتلایان به «ام اس»

یک متخصص کاردرمانی گفت: بهترین راه برای کنترل خستگی در مبتلایان به «ام اس» توانبخشی است، افراد شرکت کننده در این برنامه آموزشی کیفیت زندگی بهتری خواهند داشت.

دکتر ستاره قهاری در گفت وگو با خبرنگار سلامت ایسنا منطقه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران ، گفت: «ام اس» یک بیماری نورولوژیک پیشرونده است، یکی از علایم اصلی و ناتوان کننده آن خستگی است که طی آن ممکن است فرد شغلش را از دست دهد و یا در انجام کارهای روزمره اش ناتوان شود.

وی افزود: درمانهای دارویی «ام اس» چندان موثر نبوده و عوارض شدیدی دارند، بنابراین بهترین راه برای کنترل خستگی، توانبخشی است، در برنامه آموزشی که به صورت گروهی اجرا می شود افراد با مشکلات مشابه حضور پیدا کرده و درمانگر به آنها آموزش می دهد که چطور برنامه روزمره خود را تصحیح کنند تا از بروز خستگی جلوگیری کنند.


قهاری تصریح کرد: افرادی که در این برنامه آموزشی شرکت می کنند کیفیت زندگی آنها تغییر یافته و برنامه های زندگی خود را به گونه ای تنظیم می کنند که به وظایف خود رسیدگی کنند. این برنامه ها به صورت حضوری انجام می شود.

این متخصص کاردرمانی اظهار کرد: برای افرادی که به دلیلی امکان رفتن به مراکز درمانی را ندارند یک برنامه اینترنتی طراحی شده که در آن مشابه برنامه حضوری افراد مبتلا به «ام اس» شرکت می کنند و مهارت های پیشگیری از بروز خستگی را می آموزند. این برنامه به مدت شش هفته بوده و برنامه طراحی بسیار ساده ای دارد به گونه ای که دسترسی به این برنامه برای افرادی که حداقل مهارت های استفاده از کامپیوتر را دارند مقدور است.

دکترحمیدرضا ترابی با بیان اینکه معاون اول رئیس‌جمهور برای تخصیص بودجه تجهیزات توانبخشی قول مساعدت داده است، گفت:
اقدامات توانبخشی در درازمدت در رفع اختلالات حرکتی مبتلایان به MS مؤثر است.

دکترحمیدرضا ترابی متخصص مغز و اعصاب در گفت ‌وگو با خبرنگار بهداشت و درمان خبرگزاری فارس، با اشاره به اهمیت اقدامات توانبخشی برای مبتلایان به MS به ویژه افرادی که به مشکلات تعادلی و حرکتی مبتلا هستند، اظهار داشت: بیماری MS ممکن است به مرور زمان مزمن شود و سیستم‌های حرکتی را مختل کند.
وی ادامه داد: توانبخشی علاوه بر درمان‌های دارویی می‌تواند در رفع اختلالات سیستم‌های حرکتی مؤثر باشد بنابراین لازم است مبتلایان به MS با متخصص حوزه طب فیزیکی مشورت کنند و بر اساس دستورالعملی که به آنها ارائه می‌شود از کاردرمانی، فیزیوتراپی، آب‌درمانی و سایر اقدامات توانبخشی استفاده کنند.
ارائه مشاوره از متخصص حوزه طب فیزیکی به دلیل این است که اقدامات توانبخشی بسته به سن، جنس و شدت بیماری در مبتلایان به MS متفاوت است.
عضو کمیته علمی انجمن MS ایران با بیان اهمیت اقدامات توانبخشی در رفع اختلالات سیستم‌های حرکتی تصریح کرد: برخی بیماران پس از استفاده از روش‌های توانبخشی می‌توانند بدون نیاز به واکر و با استفاده از عصا راه بروند و برخی نیز با پیگیری این روش‌ها به صورت مداوم قادر به کنار گذاشتن عصا هستند.
این نورولوژیست گفت: یکی از نکات مهم در زمینه اقدامات توانبخشی این است که مبتلایانی که دچار اختلالات در سیستم‌های حرکتی و تعادلی هستند باید اقدامات توانبخشی را همیشه انجام دهند زیرا این موضوع علاوه بر کیفیت بهبود جسمانی در حالات روحی و روانی آنها نیز مؤثر است.
ترابی اظهار داشت: با توجه به مشکلات مراکز توانبخشی در سراسر کشور باید اقدامات توانبخشی با هزینه‌های کم و گاهی رایگان در دسترس همگان قرار گیرد زیرا اقدامات توانبخشی در بهبود مبتلایان به MS و بسیاری از بیماری‌های دیگر مؤثر است.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: اسحاق جهانگیری معاون اول رئیس جمهور در مراسم روز جهانی MS قول همکاری در زمینه تخصیص اعتبار برای تجهیز مراکز توانبخشی جهت برخورداری مبتلایان به MS از این اقدامات داده است و امیدواریم این مهم محقق شود.
