کوهنورد برای فتح قله های بلند به گامهای کوچک خود اعتماد دارد

گروه کوهنوردی و گردشگری سایت ام اس سنتر در پنجمین برنامه کوهنوردی خود و به مناسبت شب یلدا با افتخار قصد دارد با همکاری و حمایت گروه کوهنوردی همگام برنامه مشترک گردشگری و جنگل نوردی به اجرا گذارد و در این راه حضور شما عزیزان مایه مباهات و افتخار ماست.
افراد مایل به شرکت در برنامه پیاده روی جنگل راش میبایست حداکثر تا ساعت 10 صبح روز سه شنبه 28 آذرماه حضور خود را از طریق فرم تهیه در این صفحه اعلام نمایند. افراد شرکت کننده حتما می بایست فرم شرکت در برنامه را پر کرده و همراه داشته باشند.
به دلیل محدودیت در تعداد ، اولویت با افرادیست که زودتر ثبت نام نمایند ضمنا این برنامه پیاده روی در جنگل می باشد شرکت در این برنامه نیاز به آمادگی جسمی نیز دارد
این برنامه به کمک همگام جهت حمایت از ام اس به اجرا در خواهد آمد که در این حرکت اعضای گروه همگام حمایت خود را با پوشیدن رنگ نارنجی اعلام میدارند.

پیاده روی در طبیعت زیبای جنگل راش
مسیر برنامه:
مسیر رفت : میدان ونک-منطقه سوادکوه(جاده فیروزکوه)-پل سفید-جنگل های زیبای هیرکانی-جنگل راش
مسیر برگشت: از مسیر رفت
شرح برنامه:
◄ (جمعه ۹۱/۱۰/۰۱): حرکت راس ساعت 5 صبح – عزیمت بسوی پل سفید از جاده فیروزکوه – صرف صبحانه (مهمان گروه هم گام در یکی از رستورانهای زیبای بین راه)- پیاده روی در جنگل و استفاده از مناظر زیبا – صرف نهار – بازگشت از مسیر رفت و عزیمت به سمت تهران

◄زمان برنامه: یکم دی ماه نود و یک راس ساعت 5 صبح حرکت از میدان ونک و بازگشت در ساعت 18 همان روز

◄مدت برنامه : ۱ روزه

◄هزینه برنامه: برای کلیه شرکت کنندگان ۲۲۰٫۰۰۰ ریال

◄لوازم مورد نیاز:البسه نارنجی رنگ،کفش ساقدار معمولی یا کوهنوردی،لباس گرم مناسب، لباس بارانی و باد گیر، دستکش،کارت شناسایی،مواد غذایی (یک وعده ناهار)،تنقلات و آشامیدنی و …

نکات قابل توجه:
◄زمان پیاده روی در رفت و برگشت ممکن است حدود 3 الی 4 ساعت به طول بیانجامد.

چند نفر پرسیدن که لباس نارنجی نداریم چیکار کنیم ؟

بچه ها هدف اینه که هر کس یکی از لباس هاش یا کفشش نارنجی باشه . اگه نارنجی نداشتید ما روبان نارنجی بهتون میدیم
از این لحاظ نگران نباشید

بچه ها تمام هماهنگی ها انجام شده و نمیشه روز برنامه عوض بشه
و از طرفی با راه داری ، هواشناسی و ... هم صحبت شده و همه چی محیاست برای انجام برنامه .

و اگر هم یه درصدی هم برف بیاد و جاده بسته بشه و ... برنامه جایگزین وجود داره ، پس هیچ جای نگرانی نیست .
