اختلال حسی در 35 تا 40 درصد مبتلایان به ام اس به ویژه در مراحل ابتدایی بیماری دیده شده و این نوع اختلال جزء علایم اولیه ام اس محسوب می شود.
محمد علی معظمی متخصص مغز و اعصاب در گفتگو با خبرنگار بهداشت و درمان باشگاه خبرنگاران گفت: فرد مبتلا به ام اس در طول بیماری خود دچار علایم متعددی می شود که این علایم به طور عمده شامل اختلالات حسی و حرکتی، ضعف اندام های بدن و اختلالات بینایی است.
وی با بیان این که بسیاری از بیماری مبتلا به ام اس دچار اختلالات و مشکلات حسی هستند، تاکید کرد: اختلال حسی در 35 تا 40 درصد مبتلایان به ام اس به ویژه در مراحل ابتدایی بیماری دیده شده و این نوع اختلال جزء علایم اولیه ام اس محسوب می شود.

معظمی افزود: حدود 35 درصد بیماران ام اس نیز دچار اختلال حرکتی هستند و این نوع اختلال مانند اختلال حسی از علایم مهم اولیه بیماری محسوب شده و باید جدی گرفته شود.

وی یادآور شد: از آن جا که کاهش قدرت بینایی و دور بینی نیز از علایم بسیار مهم به ویژه در مراحل ابتدایی ام اس است، به همین دلیل غربالگری و تشخیص دقیق علت این نوع اختلالات بینایی ضروری است.

معظمی خاطر نشان کرد: در صورتی که ام اس در مراحل ابتدایی و به موقع تشخیص داده شده و درمان مناسب برای آن صورت گیرد، در آن صورت اثر بخشی درمان های موجود افزایش یافته و احتمال تشدید بیماری نیز کاهش می یابد./ع2
