خواص میوه رامبوتان

یكی از میو های جنوب شرقی آسیا و بومی مالزی و اندونزی و تایلند است. در زبان مالیایی به معنی میوه مودار است كه بر گرفته از شكل ظاهری آن است.



رامبوتان میوه ای گرمسیری است كه با نام علمی سرخالوی مژكی (nephelium lappaceum) شناخته شده است.



این میوه بومی مناطق استوایی بوده و كشورهای آسیای جنوب شرقی مانند مالزی و ویتنام، مهمترین تولید و صادركنندگان آن به سراسر جهان به شمار می روند.



این میوه شیرین و آبدار است و مزه آن شبیه به انگور ست ودارای هسته ای بزرگ می باشد.میوه آن شباهت زیادی به میوه لایچی و لونگان دارد.



رامبوتان به صورت خام و كنسرو شده ویا آب میوه در فروشگاه ها به فروش می رسد.



میوه رامبوتان شكلی تقریبا كروی دارد و مودار است. نام رامبوتان نیز به زبان مالزیایی معنی "میوه مودار" می دهد. موهای پوسته رامبوتان نازك و نرم بوده، خار مانند نیستند و به پوست و دست آسیب نمی رسانند. اندازه هر میوه بالغ نصف كف دست است.



همچنین میوه ها قبل از رسیدن به رنگ سبز روشن می باشند.





رامبوتان به شكل خوشه ای روی درخت خود می روید و در دو رنگ زرد و قرمز موجود است.



رامبوتان زرد طعمی ترش و شیرین و رامبوتان قرمز مزه شیرین دارد.



برای مصرف هر دو گونه، با برش دادن پوسته رنگی، آن را جدا كرده و گوشته سفید (گاهی متمایل به صورتی) و آبدار میوه را میل می كنند.



داخل میوه هسته ای به رنگ قهوه ای روشن و به قطر 2 سانتی متر وجود دارد.





میوه رامبوتان , خواص رامبوتان



درخت رامبوتان بومی مناطق استوایی بوده، ریشه عمیقی ندارد، بعد از 2 الی 3 سال از زمان كاشت میوه می دهد و تا 8 الی 10 سال قدرت باردهی دارد.



میوه رامبوتان را اغلب به صورت خام مصرف می كنند و به خاطر رنگ سفید آن كمتر در سالاد های میوه مورد مصرف قرار می گیرد.



این میوه سرشار از ویتامین C و كلسیم بوده و همچنین دارای آهن و فیبر است، به همین جهت خوردن آن برای افراد دارای كم خونی ناشی از فقر آهن هم توصیه می شود.



هر عدد رامبوتان حدود 59 الی 60 كالری دارد.

این میوه دارای مقدار زیادی كلسیم ، منیزیم و پتاسیم است.



یك داروی ضد كرم است.



برای رفع اسهال و اسهال خونی مناسب می باشد.



جوشانده پوست تند و تیز آن برای درمان برفك به كار می رود.
