اولین پیوند سلول های بنیادی برای درمان MS درهند

پزشکان موسسه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی هند (AIIMS) ، یک پیوند سلول های بنیادی را دریک بیمارمبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (MS) انجام دادند. آنها معتقدند که این اولین مورد ثبت شده از درمان MS با سلول های بنیادی اتولوگ در کشور است.
به گزارش بنیان به نقل از indianexpress، پزشکان موسسه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی هند (AIIMS) ، یک پیوند سلول های بنیادی را دریک بیمارمبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (MS) انجام دادند. آنها معتقدند که این اولین مورد ثبت شده از درمان MS با سلول های بنیادی اتولوگ در کشور است.
پزشکان می گویند شش ماه پس از پیوند، گسترش MS، بیماری خود ایمنی که برمغز ونخاع تاثیر می گذارد، مهار شده است اما نمی توان این درمان را تا زمانی که بیمار حداقل به مدت یک سال تحت بررسی قرار نگیرد، موفق اعلام کرد.
آزمایشات بین المللی نشان داده است که این پیوند می تواند گسترش این بیماری را در بیماران پیشرفته، محدود می کند و حتی ممکن است علائم آن را در مراحل اولیه در بعضی از بیماران معکوس کند.
Yadav Rohit سی و دو ساله ، بازرگان فارغ التحصیل از دانشگاه دهلی، در سال 2010 مبتلا به این اختلال عصبی تشخیص داده شد. درماه مارس امسال، پس ازامتحان همه گزینه های درمانی متعارف، پزشکان در AIIMS در نهایت تصمیم به درمان با سلول های بنیادی گرفتند.
دکتر Kameshwar Prasad ، استاد مغز و اعصاب و پزشک Yadav، گفت: "هدف اصلی از پیوند سلول های بنیادی اتولوگ کنترل گسترش ضایعات بود. ما سلول های بنیادی خود بیمار را استخراج ، تیمارو مجددا به بیمار تزریق کردیم. تا به حال وضعیت بیمار تحت این روش کاملا پایدار بوده است. این اولین مورد از درمان MS با سلول های بنیادی است.
درMS، سیستم ایمنی خود بدن به غلاف میلین اعصاب حمله می کنند و به آرامی سبب از بین رفتن سیستم عصبی مرکزی می شوند. علائم این بیماری متغیرو شامل بی حسی و ضعف در اندامها و از دست دادن ناگهانی تعادل و هماهنگی، تاری دید ، فلج و در مرحله پیشرفته، معلولیت است.

چه جالب!
ما شنیده بودیم توی هند درصد ابتلا به ام اس نسبت به سایر کشورها خیلی کمه!
اما پیشرفت پزشکیشون از همه بالاتره!

من متوجه نشدم منظور چه نوع سلول بنیادی بوده چون سلول های بنیادی انواع زیادی داره.
در حال حاضر بیمارستان Manipal در هند تاییدیه پیوند سلول های بنیادی خون ساز اتولوگ رو داره و چند سالی هست که اینکارو انجام میده.
