فواید دوش گرفتن با آب سرد (دانستنی ها)

دوش گرفتن نه تنها در یک روز گرم بدن را خنک می کند، بلکه سوخت و ساز بدن را بهبود می بخشد، از آسیب های پس از ورزش پیش گیری می کند و میزان اسید اوریک بدن را تنظیم می کند.

به جز این موارد، گرفتن دوش آب سرد فواید دیگری نیز دارد که در این مطلب به نقل از «Prevention» به آن اشاره شده است.


باروری مردان؛ تعداد کمی از مردان می دانند که حرارت برای باروری آن ها مضر است و تعداد اسپرم ها را پایین تر می آورد.

با تقویت گردش خون، سموم بدن را دفع می کند؛ هنگام تماس آب سرد با سطح پوست، رگ های خون منقبض می شود. این امر گردش خون را کاهش می دهد اما در عین حال مکانیزم فشارخون بدن فعال می شود. بنابراین خون با قدرت بیشتری به گردش در می آید.

سیستم ایمنی بدن را تقویت می کند؛ آیا می خواهید گلبول های سفید بدن شما افزایش پیدا کند؟ پس دوش سرد بگیرید تا سوخت و ساز بدن افزایش پیدا کند و از این طریق سیستم دفاعی بدن نیز تقویت می شود.

افزایش سوخت و ساز؛ با گرفتن دوش آب سرد و با احساس سرما، بدن به طور خودکار حرارت ایجاد می کند و سوخت و ساز بدن را سرعت می بخشد. کربوهیدرات وچربی ها شروع به سوختن می کند و در نتیجه بدن گرم می شود.

برای پیش گیری از آسیب های ورزشی؛ با افراط در ورزش کردن، عضله ها متورم می شود و به استراحت نیاز دارد. برای پیش گیری از پارگی های فیبرهای عضلانی بر اثر افراط در ورزش، گرفتن دوش آب سرد توصیه شده است.دوش گرفتن با آب سرد دردهای مزمن را کاهش می دهد، درد بدن را کاهش می دهد، سلامت مو و عملکرد کلیه را بهبود می بخشد، ورم و آب آوردگی را کاهش می دهد، پوست را درمان و تقویت می کند و سیستم خودکار عصبی را تنظیم می کند.

آب سرد و ریتم بدن؛ تنفس را عمیق می کند، خستگی مفرط را برطرف می کند، خواب آرام ایجاد و موها را براق می کند. با تنظیم کردن دمای بدن، با سردی مزمن دست و پا و تعریق بیش از حد مقابله می کند. با تقویت کردن غده ها از جمله تیروئید، آدرنال و ... فعالیت های هورمونی را بهبود می بخشد.
