سلام
بچه ها امروز بعد ازظهر من با آب جوش سوختم
يعني آب جوش ريخت روي دست چپم( البته ميگم آب جوش منظورم اينه كه كاملا جوش اومده بود) ولي من نسوختم دستم به شدت قرمز شد تاولم زد اما من به اندازه شدت سوختي سوزششو حس نكردم.
از بعدازظهر تاحالا اين موضوع فكرمو مشغول كرده اصلا نميتونم بفهمم چرا اينطوري شده. يعني ام اس حس منو از بين برده؟

سارا جان اتفاقا منم دقیقا اینطوری شدم چند بار
یعنی آبی رو که داره میجوشه از رو گاز ورداشتم تا بریزم تو قوری یه کمیش ریخته رو دست چپم ... احساس شدید سوزش زو هم ۵ ۶ ثانیه داشتم ولی بعدش دستم تاول یا چیزه دیگه ای نداشته

فکر نمیکنم ربطی به ام اس داشته باشه
چون اگه دستم حس هم نداشته باشه بازم پوست تو ماهیت خودشه و احتمال داره تاول بزنه .... ولی خوب نزده

سينا ايني كه تو گفتي دقيقا بر عكس حرف سارا هست
سارا دستش تاول زده پس معلومه شدت سوزش زياد بوده ولي خودش هيچ سوزشي رو حس نكرده . يعني انگار عصب هاي دستش هيچ سوزشي رو احساس نكردن
ولي تو سوزش احساس كردي ولي دستت تاول نزده كه اين عاديه

معمولا تو سوختگیها با مایعات داغ مثل آب جوش .
بخاطر اینکه ماده سوزاننده خودش به سرعت در مجاورت با هوا سرد میشه (حتی سرد تر از محیط )
به خاطر همین نباید انتظار درد زیاد داشت مخصوصا اگه بعدش تکون بخوری یا پنجره باز باشه
چون سریعا جریان همرفتی هوا شروع میشه و محل سوختگی رو خنک میکنه .
چیزی که تو سوختگی با آّب به بدن آسیب میزنه بخار آبه نه خود آب جوش

جواب رضا منو توجيه نكردم .
چند جا هم سرچ كردم ولي به نتيجه اي نرسيدم و همه جا همين اطلاعاتي كه در سايت هست گفته شده بود كه ام اس باعث كرختي دست ميشه .
ساده ترين راهش اينه كه : دستت رو يه نيشكون بگير ببين دردت ميگيره يا نه !
اگه دردت گرفت كه همه چي حله در اين صورت ممكنه نكته اي كه رضا اشاره كرد درست باشه ( واقعا همچين چيزي نديدم كه نسخوتن حتي ثانيه اي دست به خاطر هوا و .. باشه . گفته رضا درسته ولي به شرط اينكه سوختكي حداقل كمي احساس بشه - شايدم اطلاعات من كم باشه راجع به گفته رضا - ) اگر هم دردت نگرفت اونوقت جاي تامل داره . فكر كنم لازم باشه با دكترت تماس بگيري

اولا که چرا مراقب خودت نبودی تا نسوزیAngry
دوما از اونجا که بحث تخصصی در مورد حرارت
و من به عنوان یک مهندس شیمی 6 واحد انتقال حرارت پاس کردمconfused
نظر رضارو تقریبا درست میدونمsmilingsmiling
از اونجا که ضریب انتقال حرارت آب بالاست لحظه اول دستت سوزونده بعدش چون الان هوا طرف ما بارونی سرده سرما باعث شده حرارت بعد یه مدت به هوا انتقال پیدا کنه
و کمتر احساس سوزش کنی

خوب گفت دستش سوخته ولي اصلا احساس سوختگي نكرده .
اگه احساس سوختگي كم باشه حرف شما درسته ولي اگه اصلا احساس سوختگي نكنه چي ؟!!! confused

یعنی سوزش داشته ولی نه به اندازه حالت عادی
