سلام دوست عزیز؛
فکر کنم که شما RIS دارید یعنی پلاک دارید اما علایم و حمله ندارید! توی این مواقع پزشکا دو تا نظر دارن یه سری دارو رو شروع میکنن، یه سری نه! اما از اونجایی که درمان های امروز ام اس برای کنترل پیشرفت بیماری هست درمان رو شروع میکنن! به نظرم با پزشکتون مشورت کنید و نگرانیتون رو بگید و در نهایت با پزشک های دیگه هم مشورت کنید در نهایت بهترین تصمیم رو پزشکتون با نظر شما میگیرهSmile

دوست عزیز نمیشه با قطعیت گفت لازمه شروع کرد یا نه...
اما...باید دو باره ام ار ای بشید...بیمار cis (حالت شما رو میگن cis ) باید به فواصل 6 ماه ام ار ای بشه و وضعیت پلاکها بررسی بشه ...ام ار ای با تزریق هم باید بشه...اگر خدا نکرده تعداد پلاکها افزایش پیدا کرده باشه یا اینکه فعال باقی مونده باشن باید دارو شروع بشه...با توجه به تعداد و نوع ضایعاتتون نوع دارو انتخاب میشه...

من آخرش فرق cis و ris رو نفهمیدم! وقتی پلاک داری علایم نداری میشه ris و وقتی علایم داری و یا حمله ی اول هست تا حمله ی دوم رو میگن cis درسته؟confused2الان دوستمون که توی ام آر آیشون پلاک بود ولی حمله یا علامتی نداشته هم میشه cis؟

بچه ها یه سوال.وقتی تو ام ار ای با تزریق وقتی پلاک فعالی نداشته باشی و حمله هم نه باید دارو مصرف کرد؟

دوست عزیز فعال نبودن پلاک و نداشتن حمله معنیش اینه که دارو سدی شده در مقابل بیماری اگر دارو دریافت نکنیم ،اگر خدای نکرده حمله ای بشه هیچ چیز مانع نیست و ضربه ی سختی می خوریم angry2angry2دارو نباید قطع بشه

دوست عزیز وقتی که پلاک فعالی وجود نداشته باشه یعنی بیماری ام اس در مرحله خاموشی داره سیر میکنه.کلا قطع دارو یا استفاده دارو چیزی هست که بایستی طبق نظر دکتر باشه و گرنه قطع سر خود دارو میتونه اتفاقات غیر قابل جبرانی رو در پی داشته باشه.

اما...باید دو باره ام ار ای بشید...بیمار cis (حالت شما رو میگن cis ) باید به فواصل 6 ماه ام ار ای بشه و وضعیت پلاکها بررسی بشه ...ام ار ای با تزریق هم باید بشه...اگر خدا نکرده تعداد پلاکها افزایش پیدا کرده باشه یا اینکه فعال باقی مونده باشن باید دارو شروع بشه...با توجه به تعداد و نوع ضایعاتتون نوع دارو انتخاب میشه...
