دردناک شدن محل تزریقات عضلانی - Aram - 2010/04/22

دوستان سلام، در مورد محل تزریق و دردناک شدنش مشکل دارمconfused بعد از دو سال و خورده ای تزریق در عضلات باسن، حدود دو ماهی هست به شدت محل تزریق دردناک شده و 24 ساعت بعد از تزریق همچنان اذیتم میکنه و به همین دلیل کل روز بعد از تزریق حالم بده، شبش که وحشتناک میگذرهangry3، نمیدونم باید چیکار کنم که بعد از تزریق درد نداشته باشم،جدیدا جای سوزن قرمز میشهConfused جای تزریق رو هم که بیشتر از دو جا نیست که عوض بشه! روی ران هم بعضی از دوستان میگن خیلی خوب نیست و دردناکه، در ضمن من اصلا چاق نیستم و فکر نکنم روی ران برای من عملی باشهconfused
آقا حمید نوشته روی محل تزریق از کیسه یخ استفاده کنیم، این در مورد همه نوع دارو هست و هر محل تزریقی؟ من شنیده بودم از حوله داغ استفاده میکنن!!!
فکر میکنید این درد به خاطر تزریق بد میتونه باشه؟Huh

فکر میکنید این درد به خاطر تزریق بد میتونه باشه؟Huh
آرام جان شما باید نیم ساعت قبل از تزریق مسکن استفاده کنید تا شب کمتر درد داشته باشید.کیسه یخ هم قبل از تزریق اگه روی محل تزریق استفاده کنید درد تزریق خیلی کمتر میشه.اینا تجربیات من بود.شاید بقیه بچه ها پیشنهادای بهتری داشته باشن.

علي جان تزريق شما زير جلدي هست ولي تزريق ارام عزيز عضلاني هست .
ارام جان من ، اسم اون تاپيكي كه شما اشاره فرموديد رو اصلاح كردم و ياداور شدم كه نكته ها براي تزريقات زير جلدي هست .
من اطلاع كافي ندارم راجع به تزريقات عضلاني ولي استفاده از حوله گرم كه خودتون اشاره كرديد رو ميدونم كه مفيده و باعث تسكين درد ميشه

راجع به عوارش هم ميتونيد از مسكن استفاده كنيد .
استامنيفون - ناپروكسن . بروفن . ژلوفن و ...

خودت استفاده كن معيارش دستت مياد . ولي تا جايي كه ميتوني كم مصرف كن . مثلا ببين اگه بدنت با يك عدد استامينيفون ديگه عوارضي نشون نميده به همون يك عدد كفايت كن ، چون بعد ها روي معدت اثر خودش رو ميزاره .
فكر كنم حداكثر مصرف مسكن ها هم بدين شرح باشه كه اگر يكي يا دو تا رو اشتباه ميكنم دوستان اصلاح كنن .
استامينيفون 500 -- 4 عدد ( 2 عدد قبل از تزريق و 2 عدد بعد از تزريق )
ناپروكسن 250 - 2 عدد ( 1 عدد قبل از تزريق و 1 عدد بعد از تزريق )
ناپروكسن 500 - بروفن و ژلوفن هم فكر كنم 1 عدد مجاز هست .

بازم سريع اقدام به خوردن مسكن نكن اجازه بده اگه اشكالي در گفته ام هست دوستان اصلاح كنند

علی آقا، آقا حمید خیلی ممنونمicon_question درسته تزریق من عضلانی هست و من در اصل شکایتی از بدن درد و تب و لرز بعد از تزریق ندارم، قبلا برای اونها استامینوفن کدئین به تجویز دکترم میخوردم اما الان دیگه نمیخورم و با دردش به راهنمایی دوستان با خوردن آب پرتقال و استراحت کافی کنار میام، مشکل اصلی من محل تزریق هست، محل تزریق دردناک شده و ملتهب، همین دردناکی محل تزریق باعث شده دردها و عوارض بعد از تزریقم بیشتر بشه! بعد از تزریق نمی تونم به راحتی بشینم و به صندلی یا جایی تکیه بدم چون محل تزریق درد میکنه، تا 24 ساعت این اوضاع برقرار هستconfused فکر میکنم محل تزریق سفت شده و دلم می خواد یه راهی باشه تا این سفتی برطرف بشه و دیگه بعد از تزریق محلش دردناک و ملتهب نباشه!

آرام شبا كه ميخواي بخوابي گرم بگير باسنتو
من خودم خيلي با اين مشكل دست و پنچه نرم كردم
با كيسه گرم ( از اين برقيا ) يا كيسه آب گرم بهش حرارت بده
البته يه راهه ديگه هم هست كه متاسفانه بدرده اونجا نميخوره مگر اينكه يه داداشه كوچيكتر داشته باشي و هي باش دعوا كني تا بشه اون راه رو عملي كرد confused(خواستي تويه پ.خ بهت ميگم Blush)

آرام جان فکر کنم میتونی قبل از تزریق از یخ استفاده کنی روی محل تزریق و بعد تزریق رو انجام بدی!
شاید دوستان هم گفته باشن این نکته رو!آخه من جواب های همه رو نخوندمsad2

سلام من دو سال از سینوکس استفاده کردم و برام جالب بود زمانی که مجبور بودم توی بیمارستان تزریق کنم جای تزریقم درد می گرفت و قرمز می شدو... من فکر می کنم برای تو هم همینطوره و نحوه زدنش ایراد داره این دارو نباید تکان داده بشه موقع حل شدن در غیر این صورت محل تزریق درد شدیدی می گیره من چند بار تجربه کردم نیازی هم به کیسه آب سرد و گرم نداشتم کسی که برات آمپولو حل می کنه باید آموزش دیده باشه چون خیلی از پرستارا و دکترا نمی دونن این آمپول نباید تکان داده بشه

درد محل تزریق اونکس و سینوکس اگه به علت بد زدن امپول نباشه
مربوط به حبابهای هواییه که اصطلاحا بهش میگن کف ایجاد میشه و به این دلیله که حاوی مقادیر بی خطر از هوا هستن
و هوا در عضله چندین ماه طول میکشه تا جذب شه . بهترین کار اینکه بعد از اجازه گرفتن از پرستار خودتون محلول رو به آرومی
درست کنید و بعد از هواگیری بعد از اینکه اعلام کردید که هواگیری کرده ام . به پرستار سرنگ و تحویل بدید .
اون اجازه خیلی مهمه . چون توی قوانینشون دارن که باید از زدن آمپولی که از محتویاتش خبر ندارند خودداری کنند .

بالاخره حوله گرم برای جای تزریق بهتره یا کیسه یخ؟
