عوارض داروهای کنتراست - Ermia - 2012/11/10

سلام دوستان

من 3 روز پیش M.R.I مجدد دادم . ولی مثل دفعه پیش حالم خیلی بد شد . گرچه قبل از تزریق امپول تهوع زدم و به توصیه دکتر داروساز قبل از M.R.I خیلی مایعات مصرف کردم نا زودتر دارو دفع شه ولی باز حالم تغییر نکرده . حتی بدتر شدم

این حالت یکی از عوارض این دارو هست که در بعضی از افراد خودش رو نشون می ده
و بعد از ام ار آی باید مایعات زیادی مصرف بشه تا زودتر از بدن خارج بشه
به هر حال این مسئله طبیعی هست

سلام دوست عزیز
داروهای کنتراست از جمله داروهایی هست که ممکنه افراد نسبت بهش حساسیت داشته باشن
یکی از این علائم همون حالت تهوع و استفراغ هست
در این مورد حتما به تکنسیتون که ام آر آی میگیره و یا به دکترتون خبر بدین
داروهایی (قرصهایی) هست که این علائم رو کمتر میکنه

ممنون سمانه جون
من چون بار قبل هم این اتفاق واسم افتاد قبل از تزریق اندانسترون زدم ولی باز حالم خیلی بد شد و الان 3 روزه که ادامه داره . همین نگرانم میکنه

حتما برو به دکترت بگو گلم
چون بدنت به دارو حساسیت داشته این عوارض برات ایجاد شده
انشالله با دارو مشکلت حل میشه
حتما مایعات زیاد رو هر روز استفاده کن تا زودتر ین عارضه برطرف شه

بچه ها مگه شماها حالتون بد شد برای MRI؟ منم تزریق داشتم واسه MRI ولی خدارو شکر حالم بد نشد !! نکنه اینبار حالم بد شه؟ !! حالا از تزرقش بگذریم توی همون تونل رفتنش خیلی دل میخواد قلب آدم مثل گنجیشک میزنه حسه بدیه انگار تو قبر خوابوندنم sadsadsadsad راستی MRI برای بدن ضرر داره ؟ اگه کسی میدونست لطف میکنه جوابمو بده مرسییییی icon_question

من دو بار رفتم تا 5 دقیقه اولش حالت تهوع داشتم دکتر بالای سرم می ایستاد بعد می رفت خدا رو شکر به خیر گذشت به نظر من اسمش را باید گذاشت تونل وحشت agreement2:

حتما این داروهای کنتراست با هم فرق میکنن که من توی MRI های قبلیم حساسیت نداشتم ولی این بار پای راستم از پایین زانو بشدت دچار خارش ، داغی ، ورم و قرمزی شده .
اسم ماده حاجبش با اون پارسالی فرق داشت .ولی جایی که تزریق کرد (پشت دستم ) مشکلی نداره .

تا حالا عوارضی براش پیدا نکردند و به لحاظ اینکه از اشعه ی ایکس استفاده نمیشه و دقیقه روش خوبی هست. ماده ای هم که به عنوان حاجب تزریق میشه نیمه عمرش کوتاهه و زود دفع میشه و از بین میره. فقط این تونلش زیاد جالب نیست بخصوص برای آدمایی که از تنگنا و اینجور چیزا می ترسند. بهرحال جای نگرانی نیست خیالت راحتSmile (16)

با سلام خدمت شما دوست عزیز
داروهای مورد استفاده در ام آر آی برای افراد دارای ام اس ضروری هستند زیرا می توانند نشان دهند که شما دارای پلاک فعال هستید یا نه!
این داروها هیچ نقشی در درمان شما ندارد.
هر دارویی می تواند در بعضی افراد به دلایل فیزیولوژیکی خاص دارای حساسیت باشند ، بدین معنی که باعث فعال شدن یکسری فعالیت ها در بدن می شوند که در نهایت منجر به ایجاد کهیر ، خارش ، داغ شدن بدن ، حالت تهوع و استفراغ ... می شوند. دارای ام آر آی نیز از آن جمله است !
البته داروهای مورد استفاده در ام آر آی هر کدام از نظر ایجاد حساست متفاوت هستند ولی به ظور کلی افراد خیلی کمی به دارو حساسیت نشان می دهند.
در افراد معمولی اثری ندارد.
البته اگر دارای حساست دارویی هستید حتما قبل از تزریق به پرسنل انجام دهنده ام آر آی گوشزد نمایید.
