شرایط ویژه انجام یوگا برای بانوان - sadaf - 2010/04/20

دوران قاعدگی
سه روز اول استراحت کامل توصیه می شود.آساناها(حرکات)نبایستی انجام شود اما اگر فشار و سختی در بدن احساس می کنید حرکاتی مانند باداکوناسان(پروانه) ، سوپتا بادآکون آسانا و حرکات خم به جلو (با تکیه پیشانی بر روی بالش)را انجام دهید.از اعمال زور در حرکت جلو گیری کنید.
تمرینهای معمول بعد از روز چهارم و پنجم (بستگی به شدت عادت ماهانه شما دارد)انجام می شود.
حرکات خم به عقب ، شکم ، پیچها در عادت ماهانه انجام نشود.
تحت هیچ شرایطی حرکات واژگون را در زمان قاعدگی انجام ندهید.

دوران بارداری
دوران حاملگی در خانمها همیشه همراه با تغییرات زیادی نه تنها در سطح فیزیکی بلکه در سطح فیزیولوژیک ، ذهنی و روانی همراه می باشد.
یوگا بهترین سرویس را به خانمهای حامله می دهد تا در بهترین شرایط ، دوران بارداری را هموار کرده تا وضع حمل راحت و آسان داشته باشند.

انجام حرکات یوگا فواید زیر را برای بانوان به همراه دارد:
1- تقویت و انعطاف بیشتر در ستون مهره و عضلات مربوط به آن
2- تقویت عضلات پا برای حمل بچه
3- جلوگیری از اضافه وزن
4- خون رسانی بیشتر به ناحیه لگنی و تقویت عضلات آن
5- ایجاد سبکی و آرامش ذهن
6- کمک به وضع حمل آسان

سه ماهه اول بارداری تمام اساناها(حرکات) بجز حرکات شکم و خم به عقب انجام می شود مگر در موارد استثنایی که خانمی مشکل به خصوصی داشته باشد.
بعد از سه ماهگی حرکاتی مانند بادآکون اسانا (پروانه) ، سوپتا بادآکون آسانا،اوپاویشتاکون آسان و تمریناتی ساده توصیه می شود.در واقع اگر خانم باردار قبل از حاملگی مرتبا" تمرینات یوگا را انجام می داده ،می تواند خیلی از اساناها را انجام دهد.
یک خانم حامله در طول زمان بارداری نیاز مبرم به آرامش ذهن دارد لذا شاواسان (ریلکسیشن) حرکات تنفسی ساده و مراقبه برای وی بسیار سودمند است.

توجه:
خانمهای باردار حتما"بایستی ابتدا با دکتر خود مشورت کنندو سپس تحت نظر یک مربی خبره(مربیانی که گرایش یوگابرای زنان قبل،حین و بعد از بارداری را گذرانده اند)به انجام آساناها بپردازند.حداقل تا یکماه بعد از زایمان طبیعی هیچ آسانایی انجام نشودو بعد از آن با آساناهای ساده بتدریج شروع و بعد از 3 الی 4 ماه تمام اساناها قابل اجراست.

با سلام. راستش من كتاب يوگا خريدم ولي تا روز ششم بيشتر حوصله ندارم ادامه بدم....ولي همون 5 روز هم خيلي خوبه....توصيه مي كنم.

سلام عزیزم.من که نمیدونم چطور کتابی خریدی.ولی معمولا" کسی از رو کتاب زیاد حوصلش نمیگیره.
اگه می تونی بری باشگاه خیلی خوبه .علاقهمند میشی.چون معمولا" استادای یوگا خودشون یه منشی دارن که افرادو جذب می کنن و چی از این بهتر که به این نوشدارو (یوگا)جذب بشی.
