صرع حساس به نور

صرع حساس به نورصرع حساس به نور چیست؟
گاهی اوقات تشنجها، با نور چشمك زن، نور تابشی یا حتی شكلهای هندسی منظم تكرار شونده آغاز می شود. به این وضعیت كم و بیش نادر، صرع حساس به نور گفته می شود.
چه تعدادی از مصروعین به نور حساس اند؟
در جامعه، تقریبا از هر ۲۰۰ نفر، یك نفر مبتلا به صرع هستند و درصد كمی از این افراد تحت تاثیر نور چشمك زن دچار تشنج می شوند. چنین حساسیتهایی در كودكان و نوجوانان شایع تر است و با افزایش سن شیوع آن كم می شود. بطوریكه از حدود ۲۵ تا ۳۰ سالگی بطور نادر دیده می شود.
چگونه می توان حساسیت به نور را تشخیص داد؟
اكثر افراد به این موضوع آگاه هستند. نوار مغزی استاندارد با تحریك نور مانند نور چشمك زن انجام می شود و حساسیت به نور، در صورت وجود معمولا در این مرحله مشخص خواهد شد.
در مبتلایان به صرع حساس به نور، چه عواملی ممكن است آغازگر تشنج باشد؟
موارد زیر ممكن است سبب شروع حمله تشنج در فرد حساس به نور باشد:
۱) دیدن صفحه تلویزیون، بازی ویدئویی، استفاده از برنامه های گرافیكی كامپیوتری.
۲) داشتن تلویزیون پر برفك یا دیگر منابع نوری كه با فركانس كمی چشمك بزند.
۳) دیدن درخشش دسته پرتوهای نور كه از لابه لای درختان می گذرد.
۴) نگاه كردن به مناظر بیرون ماشین یا قطار در حال حركت.
۵) دیدن نور منعكس شده توسط آب.
۶) نورهای چشمك زن مصنوعی.
۷) نگاه كردن به پله برقی در حال حركت.
گاهی اوقات اشخاص به شكلها یا الگوهای منظم هندسی مثلا راه راه یا چهار خانه حساسیت پیدا می كنند.همچنین عوامل دیگری كه به حساسیت كمك می كند عبارتند از:
كثرت تحریك (تعداد تحریكات نوری در ثانیه)
شدت تحریك نوری
مقدار نور زمینه (محیط)
رنگ نور
باز یا بسته بودن چشم بیمار
در چه فركانسی از نور چشمك زن بیشترین احتمال برای وقوع تشنج هست؟
فركانس نور چشمك زنی كه بیشترین احتمال را برای وقوع تشنج ایجاد می كند از شخصی به شخص دیگر متفاوت است. عموما این تعداد نور چشمك زن بین ۵ تا ۳۰ فلاش در ثانیه است (۳۰-۵ هرتز)با این حال بعضی افراد به فركانسهای بالاتر حساس اند. در فركانسهای زیر ۵ هرتز حساسیت رایج نیست.
آیا بازی های كامپیوتری می تواند باعث ایجاد مشكلاتی در بیماران شود؟
بازی های كامپیوتری خیلی به ندرت باعث آغاز تشنج های صرعی در افرادی كه سابقه صرع ندارند می شود. این دسته از افراد كه برای اولین بار، هنگام بازی با كامپیوتر دچار تشنج می شوند، دارای یك زمینه آمادگی برای تشنج هایی كه با نور چشمك زن آغاز می شود می باشند و بیشتر آنان دارای صرع حساس به نور هستند. توجه به این نكته مهم است كه بدانیم شخص نباید از این كه تنها گاه به گاه و بدون هیچگونه پیوستگی در حملات و مثلا تنها بازی های كامپیوتری و یا تماشای تلویزیون دچار تشنج می شود خوشحال باشد. برای تعیین علت حقیقی تشنج بررسی دقیق تری لازم است تا توصیه پزشكی مناسبی ارائه شود.
آیا فرزندم می تواند به جشن تولد برود؟
معمولا نورهای رنگی چنانچه به سرعت خاموش و روشن نشوند مشكلی ایجاد نمی كنند. با این حال نورهای چشمك زن می تواند آغازگر تشنج باشد، به ویژه اگر نور محیط كم باشد. همچنین ممكن است آغازگرهای محیطی دیگری مانند فشار، هیجان، خستگی و غیره وجود داشته باشد. بعضی از دولتهای محلی قوانینی برای فركانس نورهای چشمك زن وضع می كنند. متاسفانه باید گفت اگر شخص حساسیت ناشناخته ای به نور چشمك زن دارد بهتر است از این نورها دوری كند.
توصیه های كمكی به افراد دارای صرع حساس به نور:
۱) توصیه های شخصی را از پزشك متخصص خودتان بگیرد چون خطرات مربوط به تشنج ها از شخصی به شخص دیگر گوناگون است.
۲) هرگاه بطور ناگهانی و یا پیش بینی نشده در معرض منبع نور قرار گرفتید می توانید با پوشاندن یا بستن یك چشم تاثیرات نور چشمك زن یا تابشی را كاهش دهید.
۳) برای تغییر دادن كانال تلویزیون از دستگاه كنترل از راه دور استفاده كنید تا به صفحه تلویزیون خیلی نزدیك نشوید.
۴) از دیدن كانال هایی كه خوب تنظیم نشده اند یا تلویزیونهای پر برفك یا با كیفیت نامناسب پرهیز كنید.
۵) از تلویزیونی با فركانس بالا (۱۰۰هرتز) یا با صفحه كوچكتر استفاده كنید.
۶) برای جلوگیری از تابش شدید نور خورشید از عینك آفتابی استفاده كنید.
۷) از سرگرمیهایی كه نیاز به نزدیكی با صفحه های الكترونیكی دارد پرهیز كنید، به ویژه اگر آنها بزرگ یا مستلزم استفاده از صفحات تلویزیونی استاندارد مثل بازیهای كامپیوتری باشد.
۸) اغلب تشنج با دیدن فیلم بر روی پرده سینما و یا دستگاه نمایش دستی پیش نمی آید.
۹) خستگی مفرط اغلب خطر تشنج های حساس به نور را افزایش می دهد.
۱۰) جهت كاهش تحریك نوری هنگام تماشای تلویزیون، استفاده از چراغ روشنایی در اتاق توصیه می شود.
۱۱) این چراغ باید سقفی و در پشت شخص تماشا كننده باشد.
۱۲) بهتر است زاویه تماشای تلویزیون، حدود ۴۵ درجه باشد.
۱۳) توصیه می شود اگر مجبور به استفاده از كامپیوتر برای مدت طولانی هستید، بطور متناوب استراحت داشته باشید.
