برای بهتر کردن تعادلتان ممکن است لازم شود ابتدا تعادلتان را از دست بدهید! به این معنی که با اجرای یک برنامه که ابتدا باعث میشود تعادلتان را از دست دهید، بتدریج تعادلتان را بهبود ببخشید.

چگونه آغاز کنیم ؟

گام اول : ابتدا باید مطمئن شوید که مشکل تعادل شما بیماری ام اس است و دلیل دیگری ندارد

پزشک معالج شما می تواند در این زمینه شما را راهنمایی کند.

گام دوم : با یک فیزیوتراپیست (ترجیحاً فیزیوتراپی که در بیماری ام اس تجربه داشته باشد)

مشورت کنید ، از او بخواهید تا ارزیابی درستی از وضعیت تعادل شما داشته باشد و برنامه های تمرینی و جبرانی مناسب را برای شما طراحی نماید . از او آموزش های کافی را در این رابطه بگیرید.

تکنیک های معمول برای بهتر کردن تعادل

الف) تمرین های موثر بر سیستم تعادلی

این تمرین ها طوری طرح ریزی شده اند که ابتدا سبب از دست رفتن کوتاه مدت تعادل میشوند . این مسئله باعث میشود شما بهتر با مسئله تعادلتان تطابق پیدا کنید.

این تمرینها شامل حرکات خاصی در چشم و یا سر میشود که بنوبه خود سبب جابجا شدن مرکز ثقل شما و سطحی که این مرکز ثقل در آن قرار میگیرد می شوند.

ب) تکنیک های جبرانی

این تکنیک ها می تواند بسیار ساده باشد مثلاً استفاده از یک Handrail ( وسیله ای که در زمان بالا رفتن یا پائین آمدن از پله ها استفاده میشود و در کشور ماهم موجود است – مترجم ) و یا یک دوره کوتاه استراحت در زمانهایی است که شما در اثر خستگی تعادلتان را از دست می دهید. اما وسائلی که می توانند کمک عمده ای به تعادل شما کنند شامل ، عصا، واکر و یا Brace میشود.

هرگز از استفاده از این وسایل کمکی اکراه نداشته باشید چراکه بدلیل کمکی که یه راه رفتن و تعادل شما می کنند هم ظاهر شمار را بهتر می کنند و هم امنیت شما را.

به یاد داشته باشید که مشکلات تعادلی می توانند منجر به سقوط و مشکلات جدی تری شوند.

حل مسائل همراه :

سفتی پاها و یاخستگی می توانند بطور غیرمستقیم روی تعادل شما تاثیر بگذارند این شرایط هم می توانند با کمک دارو ، فیزیوتراپی و یا کاردرمانی برطرف شوند.

درسته...من هم برای مشکلات تعادلی و خُشکی ِ عضلات بدنم(با دستور دکترجان) از هفته ی پیش دارم میرم جلسات کاردرمانی.
چندتا از نرمشهایی رو که باید توی خونه تمرین کنم،براتون مینویسم،شاید به درد شما هم بخوره...Blush

*ایستادن به صورت گردو شکستن!(دکتر کاردرمانی این جوری نوشته!confused2 ) و سپس راه رفتن در این وضعیت(به جلو و عقب)

*راه رفتن با زانوهای کمی خم(اگه زانو درد ندارید)

*روبروی دیوار ایستاده(روی یه پا)یک پا را بصورت نیم دایره دور پای دیگری بچرخانید

کف پاها رو بصورت صاف روی زمین قرار بده طوری که پاشنه ی یکی از پاهات جلوی انگشتهای پای عقبی قرار بگیره و بعد سعی کن بدون اینکه از کسی یا جایی کمک بگیری،روی یه خط صاف راه بری.confused2

اختلال در ایستادن و تعادل

آنچه که مشخص است اینست که درمان اختلالات تعادلی دربیماران مبتلا به ام اس

به صورت یکسان و اختصاصی وجود ندارد.درمانهای مختلف با توجه به علت

اختلال وافراد مختلف ،متفاوت است.اما درمان سایرعلائم مانند:انقباض عضلات

ضعف،خستگی و بی رمقی، درد،استرس و اضطراب و... ممکن است بتواند در

بهبود تعادل نیز سودمند واقع شود.

اگر اختلالات تعادلی در جریان حمله و عود بیماری رخ داده باشد،مسلما استفاده

از داروهای کورتنی بسیار کمک کننده است.اما اگر این اختلالات بعد ازحمله نیز

باقی بماند و ادامه یابد،میتوان با توصیه پزشک و شرایط فرد مبتلا ازفیزیو تراپی

مراجعه به متخصصین گوش،انجام حرکات ورزشی، یوگا، پیاده روی در فضای

خنک، حرکات ایروبیک،راه رفتن در آب، شنا، استفاده از ابزار و وسایل کمکی

مانند:عصا،واکرو یا با مشورت پزشک استفاده از داروهایی مانند فامپریدین که در

بهبود سرعت کمک کننده است،بهره جست.

سلام. من هم یکی دو ماه اخیر که هوا گرمتر شده وقتی مدتی سر پا ایستادم یا حتی موقع راه رفتن احساس میکنم یه کم در حفظ تعادل مشکل دارم . که البته گذرا هست و زود بر طرف میشه.
در مورد شما هم خستگی و گرما میتونه باعث این مشکل شده باشه. سعی کنید توی هوای گرم زیاد فعالیت انجام ندید
