مکمل D3 بر روی ام اس تاثیر ندارد - همسر یک مشکوک به ام اس - 2012/10/17



طی تحقیقی درمان 96 هفته به صورت تصادفی کنترل شده با مکمل ویتامین D3 بر میزان عود سالانه ARR)) ، وضعیت ناتوانی گسترده در مقیاس متوسط (EDSS)، ام اس عملکردی (MSFC) و خستگی بررسی گردید.

در بیماران مبتلا به ام اس مکمل 20،000 IU ویتامین D3 در هفته تجویز شده بود که هیچ تفاوت قابل توجهی در ARR، EDSS، MSFC، یا خستگی وجود نداشت


یافته ها نشان می دهد پس از 96 هفته، تفاوت معنی داری بین دو گروه در ARR (تفاوت مطلق 0.10، 95٪ CI -0.07 تا 0.27، P = 0.25) ، EDSS (تفاوت مطلق -0.01، 95٪ CI -0.35 تا 0.35، P = 0.97)، MSFC ، یا خستگی نسبت به دارونما وجود ندارد

عجیبه ولی دکترا خیلی که به افزایش سطح d3 اعتقاد دارن...اصلا میگفتن تو درمانای جدید جز درمان ام اس محسوب میشه...چی شد حالا یه مرتبه میگن اصلا اثری در رونده بیماری نداره؟confused2یعنی دقیقاً خودشونم نمیدونن چکار میکنن

البته این یه تحقیقه که باید تحقیقات دیگر هم انجام بشه اگر تحقیقات دیگر این تحقیق را پذیرفتند انوقت می توان به ان استناد کرد اما فعلا چاپ شده و انجمن ام اس انگلستان ان را منتشر کرده استangry3

خود شخص دکتر صحراییان تاکید کردن که مصرف کنم....اکثر بیمارای ام اس سطح d3 خونشون پایینه ....یهنی باید بین 30 تا 100 باشه اونوقت تو ام اسی ها یه عددایی بین 3 تا 20 هست....شخصاً خودم 4 بودم...دختر عموم 3.9 بود...اکثراً پایین هستن....فکر نمیکنم بی تاثیر باشه...اون وقت تاثیر سطح d3 پایین در بیماری های دیگه مثل لوپوس اثبات شده هست...خوب حالا پایین باشه جز ام اس لوپوس هم بگیریم؟confused
نه دوستان مصرف کنید...هیچ استنادی نیست...من دقیقاً پروتوکول درمانیه 2011 رو برای ام اس دیدم....d3 جز درمان ها هست...و در نوع مرد باید بین 60 تا 110 باشه

من هم موافق مصرفش هستم وتاثیر هم دارد. یک تحقیق که در کارهای علمی به تنهایی ملاک نیست. من مطمئنم 100 درصد تاثیر گذار است.
