تکنیک

1. نشستن بر روی زمین و کشش پاها به جلو.

2.زانوی چپ رابه سمت عقب خم کرده وروی پای چپ بنشینید.پای راست را بالا اورده وبه همراه ران به سمت چپ بکشید.[attachment=7599]

3. به آرامی دست چپ را به پشت بیاورد. به آرامی دست راست را بالا اورده وبه منظور ایجاد یک قفل همانطور که در شکل نشان داده شده است به پشت بیاورید.[attachment=7600]

مزایای درمانی

1. این تمرین به درمان تمام درد مفاصل بدن کمک می کند

2. این تمرین باعث کشش زیاد دردست ها و پاها میشود، و از این رو به ورزشکاران توصیه می شود.

3. با تمرین این ورزش، مفاصل انگشتان، مچ دست و شانه انعطاف شده به طوری که این حرکت را به هنرمندان و صنعتگران توصیه میکنند.

4.درد در ناحیه شانه وپشت رادرمان میکند.

بیشتر افراد نصفه حرکتو کامل انجام میدن.مثلا من حالتی که دست چپ بالاس و دست راست پایینو راحت انجام میدم.اما حالت عکسشو نمیتونم دستو برسونم .نگران نباش سارا جون خیلیم سخت نیست.حداقل نصفش!

من که توی باشگاه؛ یکی از دوستان با محبتم به زور دستامو به هم رسوند و من دیگه نمیتونستم به وضعیت آدمی زاد برگردم laughing3
بعد از چند ماه که حرکات کششی انجام دادم (با جدیت) الان میتونم fighting0030.gif
