عضو هيات علمي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان گفت: كمبود ويتامين D در بدن عاملي براي بروز بيماري‌هاي خودايمني مانند ام.اس مي‌شود.

مسعود اعتمادي فر روز دوشنبه در گفت و گو با خبرنگار ايرنا افزود: ويتامين D در بدن باعث حفظ تعادل كلسيم و فسفر و كمبود آن مشكلات عضلاني و استخواني را سبب مي شود.

وي خاطرنشان كرد: مواد غذايي مانند لبنيات و تخم مرغ سرشار از ويتامين D است.
به گفته اين متخصص مغز و اعصاب، نور خورشيد منبع اصلي اين ويتامين و حضور افراد به مدت 10 تا 15 دقيقه در معرض نور خورشيد در روز براي تامين آن كافي است.

عضو هيات علمي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان اظهار داشت:ويتامين D (كالسفيرول) از ويتامين هاي محلول در چربي است و بايد در برنامه غذايي روزانه گنجانده شود.
به گفته اين متخصص، 80 درصد مردم استان اصفهان دچار كمبود ويتامين D هستند كه در 20 درصد آنها اين كمبود بسيار شديد است.
درد چشم و اختلال در حركات چشمي، بي حسي، احساس عدم تعادل و ضعف يا اسپاسم عضلاني، اختلال در راه رفتن يا تكلم، اختلال در كنترل و تخليه ادرار و مدفوع، اختلالات جنسي و اختلال در تفكر و تصميم گيري از علائم بيماري ام.اس است.
در اين بيماري، سيستم ايمني بدن عليه خود بدن وارد فعاليت مي شود و به همين دليل به عنوان يك بيماري خود ايمن شناخته شده است.

امروزه با گسترش زندگی آپارتمان نشینی تا حدودی از نور آفتاب محروم شده ایم و همچنین به دلیل مضرات اشعه یو وی در نور خورشید و مصرف کرم های ضد آفتاب از فواید بی شمار نور خورشید دور مانده ایم. این در حالی است که نور خورشید از مهم ترین منابع برای ساخت ویتامین D در بدن است ویتامینی که از ویتامین های ضروری بدن بوده و دررشد استخوان ها و پیشگیری از ابتلابه انواع بیماری ها ما را حفظ می کند بخصوص بیماری های استخوان که برکسی پوشیده نیست. بتازگی پژوهشگران دریافته اند افرادی که زمان بیشتری را زیر نور خورشید سپری می کنند و سطح ویتامین D دربدنشان بالاتراست کمتر به بیماری ام اس مبتلامی شوند.
تا به حال بیشتر مطالعات روی افراد مبتلابه ام اس انجام شده است اما این تحقیق و پژوهش برای اولین بار روی افرادی انجام شده است که مشکوک به ام اس یا در شرف ابتلابه این بیماری هستند. مزیت این مطالعه آن است که به این افراد کمک می شود تا با تغییر شیوه زندگی و رژیم غذایی شان تا حدود زیادی روند این بیماری کند شود یا درمواردی فرد بتواند از ابتلابه این بیماری رهایی یابد. در این پژوهش از 216 نفر در سنین مختلف از 18 تا 59 سال استفاده شده است. این افراد همگی مشکوک به ام اس بوده اند و برخی اولین نشانه های بیماری را بروز داده اند. البته از یک گروه 395 نفری از افرادی که فاقد ام اس بودند نیز به عنوان گروه کنترل بهره گرفته شده است. در این بررسی محققان این گروه 216 نفری را از نظرسطح ویتامینD و مدت زمانی که این افراد در طول زندگیشان در معرض نور آفتاب بوده اند تحت مطالعه قرار دادند.
برای تخمین مدت زمان قرار گرفتن در نور آفتاب پژوهشگران میلین موجود در پوست و سطح تخریب پوستی این افراد را بررسی کردند. سطح ویتامین
D بدنشان را نیز با آزمایش خون تعیین کردند. مشخص شد افرادی که میزان بالایی از تخریب پوستی ناشی از نور آفتاب را داشته اند و در نتیجه سطح ویتامین D بدنشان بالاتر بوده درمقایسه با دیگران کمتر علائم پیشرفت بیماری ام اس را نشان دادند و روند پیشرفت این بیماری در آنها بسیار کند بوده است و علائم بیماری بسیار دیرظاهر شده است. به گفته محققان ام اس بیشتر در نقاطی دیده شده که درعرض جغرافیایی دورتر از خورشید قرار دارند و افراد دراین مناطق کمتر از نورخورشید بهره می برند.
بنابراین پژوهشگران توصیه می کنند که همه افراد مخصوصا کودکان، مادران باردار، کهنسالان و افرادی که در خانواده هاشان کسی مبتلابه ام اس است، درروز حتما از نور خورشید بهره مند شوند البته آنها به زیاد ماندن درنورآفتاب نیز به دلیل ابتلابه سرطان پوست نیز هشدار دادند. در ادامه محققان می گویند بین نور آفتاب و سطح ویتامین
D و عدم ابتلابه ام اس و کاهش علائم و کندی روند این بیماری وابستگی وجود دارد اما هنوز از تاثیر این عوامل برخود بیماری ام اس و مبتلایان به آن اطلاعی ندارند و برای این امر آنها نیاز به تحقیقات گسترده تری دارند.

پنج عامل شناخته شده در پیشرفت بیماری ام اس (مالتیپل اسکلروز) :

۱- کمبود ویتامین د

در افراد با شروع جدید علائم ام اس یا سی آی اس ، در آنهائیکه سطح سرمی ویتامین د پائین دارند سیر بیماری شدید تر بوده و تبدیل سی آی اس به ام اس بیشتر است. میزان ضایعات مغزی در اسکن و آتروفی مغزی در افراد با کمبود ویتامین د بیشتر است. پاسخ به درمان با فینگولیمود نیز در این افراد نسبت به بیماران با سطح سرمی طبیعی یا بالای ویتامین د کمتر است. با توجه به این یافته افزودن مکمل ویتامین د به برنامه درمانی بیماران جدید ام اس جزئی از معالجه میباشد.

2- مصرف سیگار :

بروز و شیوع بیماری ام اس در افراد سیگاری زیاد است، مدت سیگاری بودن در بروز بیماری دخالت ندارد، ام اس در مردان سیگاری سه برابر و در زنهای سیگاری یک ونیم برابر بیشتر از غیر سیگاری ها است. سیر بیماری هم ، در مبتلایان به سی آی اس و ام اس در افراد سیگاری شدیدتر است. پس از قطع سیگار میزان حساس بودن به بیماری کم میشود ولی حدود ده سال طول میکشد تا میزان خطر گرفتازی به عیار عادی برگردد.

۳- عفونت مونونکلئوز :

عفونت ویروسی با مونونکئوز ( ابشتاین بار ویروس ) در بروز بیمازی ام اس موثر است، در افراد با سطح سرمی بالای آنتی ژن ابشاین بار بروز بیماری بیشتر دیده میشود.( این بیماری از فرد به فرد معمولا با تماس دست و روبوسی منتقل میشود.)


۴- مصرف بیشتر سدیم :

در افرادی که نمک بیشتر مصرف میکنند شانس بروز ام اس بیشتر است، و افرادی که کمتر از طبیعی نمک مصرف میکنند نسبت یه افراد با مصرف نمک متوسط کمتر ام اس میگیرند. در همه این سه گروه سطح سدیم خون طبیعی است.


۵- چاقی :

افراد چاق و با زمینه سندرم متابولیک ( قند و کلسترول و فشار خون بالا ) نسبت به افراد سالم بیشتر به ام اس مبتلا میشوند.

همسر منم فقط اولی رو داشت، من خودمم کمبود ویتامین د دارم خواهرم هم همینطور ولی فعلاً این بیماری رو نداریم، میگم فعلاً چون هیچ چیز دور نیست confused2
هفته ای یکبار قرص ژلاتینی ویتامین د میخوریم به تجویز خودمون Smile
البته همسرم میگه بچه بوده عقرب نیشش زده، حالا نمی دانم اون واکسنی که زده یا اون حالتی که پیش اومده در بیماریش تاثیر داشته یا نه، عفونت محسوب میشه یا نه

منم کمبود ویتامین د اخه یه مدتی امپولشا میزدم دوبینیم بهتر شده بود
دوباره شروع کردم
