دوستان ، کسی می دونه خوردن مکمل آهن برای ما ضرری داره یا نه ؟
من از وقتی چیزایی در موردتجمع آهن در مغز ام اسیها شنیدم ( نمیدونم درست میگم یا نه) شک کردم که بخورم یا نه ؟ در حالی که کمبود آهن روی حافظه و ... اثر میذاره و آدم زود خسته وبیحال میشه.
ممنون میشم اگه کسانی که اطلاعاتی دارن بگن.

ناهید جان من نشنیدم ضرری داشته باشه ... خود من زینک پلاس استفاده میکردم که از دکترم هم پرسیدم گفت ضرری نداره ... حالا نمیدونم شاید این تئپری جدید بگه ضرر داره ... دکترا هم خبر نداشته باشن ... من تا این حد اطلاع داشتم

یکی از وجوه مشترک اکثر بیماران ام اسی بالا بودن میزان آهن خون اونهاست که دکتر زامبونی هم نظریه اش رو برهمین اساس ارائه کرده.می خوام ببینم به نظر شما کاهش میزان آهن خون لازمه یا نه؟چه روشهایی رو پیشنهاد میکنید؟

سلام .
البته من یه مدت قبل از این مشکل به خاطر فقر آهنی که داشتم خیلی از رژیم غذایی آهن دار و قرصهای آهن استفاده میکردم.و در مورد تاثیر آهن بالا در ایجاد این بیماری مطالب زیادی خوندم. ولی نمیدونم آهن چقدر نقش داشته؟ و چقدر در تشدیدش میتونه نقش داشته باشه؟

البته من یه مدت قبل از این مشکل به خاطر فقر آهنی که داشتم خیلی از رژیم غذایی آهن دار و قرصهای آهن استفاده میکردم.و در مورد تاثیر آهن بالا در ایجاد این بیماری مطالب زیادی خوندم. ولی نمیدونم آهن چقدر نقش داشته؟ و چقدر در تشدیدش میتونه نقش داشته باشه؟

من حدس میزنم در مغز استخوان که خون سازی رو انجام میده مشکلی بوجود میاد.شاید به همین علته که پیوند مغز استخوان برای درمان بیماری پیشنهاد شده ولی به نظر من اگه دارویی یا ماده شیمیایی باشه که با آهن خون ترکیب بشه و میزانش اون رو نرمال کنه شاید عوارض بیماری کمتر بشه.

آهن خون من بالا نیست. تو رنج نرمال و نزدیک به مقدار مینیمم بود چه زمان عود چه الان هر دوش همین طوری بود.

ولی برای من که آهن خونم عموما پائینه . به خاطر همین بیشتر مواقع آب تره می خورم . شایدم به خاطر چائی باشه که فورا بعد از غذا می خوریم . البته ضرر هم داره . فکر می کنم این زن ما کمر به قتل من بسته باشه . به خدا کاریش هم نکردم ولی نمی دونم چرا بعد از غذا تندی چائی می اره تا این آهن خون ما رو بیاره پائین . !!
