خواص دارويي:

آسنترا نام تجاري سرتالين است كه از دسته داروهاي مهار كننده باز جذب سروتونين مي باشد.

موارد مصرف:

آسنترا در درمان اختلالات افسردگي توام يا بدون اضطراب ،اختلالات پانيك يا وحشت زدگي ، اختلالات وسواسي فكري-عملي به كار مي رود.

موارد منع مصرف:

آسنترا در موارد وجود حساسيت به سرتالين يا ساير تركيبات موجود در اين دارو نبايد مصرف شود.

مقدار مصرف دارو در افسردگي:

ميزان معمول شروع درمان 50 ميلي گرم يك بار در روز مي باشد.اگر درمان موثر نبود پزشك به تدريج و در فواصل زماني بيش از يك هفته دوز روزانه را به ميزان حداكثر 200 ميلي گرم افزايش مي دهد.

مقدار مصرف دارو در اختلالات پانيك:

دوز ابتدايي روزانه 25 ميلي گرم سرتالين مي باشد.بعد از يك هفته پزشك دوز روزانه را به 50 ميلي گرم افزايش مي دهد و به تدريج با فواصل زماني بيش از يك هفته دوز روزانه را به ميزان حداكثر 200 ميلي گرم افزايش مي دهد.

دارو را بايد هر روز در زمان معيني همراه يا بدون غذا مصرف نمود
دارو را با مقداري آب مصرف نماييد.
قرصها را هر روز به طور مرتب مصرف نماييد . بعد از يك هفته ممكن است احساس بهبودي نسبي پيدا كنيد . در مواردي هم احساس بهبودي 2 تا 4 هفته پس از آغاز درمان بوحود مي آيد. در صورت احساس بهبودي مصرف دارو را تا زماني كه پزشك معين كرده است ادامه دهيد.

اگر مصرف يك وعده دارو را فراموش كرديد،مقدار مصرف بعدي را به هيچ وجه دو برابر نكنيد.

عوارض قطع درمان با آسنترا:

احتمال بروز گيجي،لرزش دستها،اضطراب،تهوع و طپش شديد قلب به صورت بسيار نادر وجود دارد.

عوارض جانبي:

تهوع، اسهال،يبوست،لرزش دستها،تعريق،اختلالات جنسي ،گيجي،بي خوابي،خواب آلودگي،كاهش اشتها و كاهش وزن از جمله عوارض سرتالين هستند.اين عوارض معمولا خفيف بوده و با ادامه مصرف دارو از بين مي روند.

مصرف قرص آسنترا روی دندونهای من اثر مخرب داشتicon_cryicon_cryو به گفته دندونپزشک این یکی از عوارض نادر این دارو هست...

من اوایل بیماریم دکتر برام نوشت چندروز مصرف کردم،حالم خیلی خراب شد معده دردشدید همراه با بی اشتهایی بحدی درعرض چند روز هیچی نمیخوردم مجبورشدم قطعشون کنم دیگه مصرف نکردم بجاش الپرازولام نیم استفاده کردم

من دو سال ابتدای تشخیص ، یه اسنترا بعد از صبحانه میخوردم ،چهار سال بعدی هم سیتالوپرام میخوردم ، حالا دوباره اسنترا باید بخورم ، انگار که عادت ندارم بهش ، برام خیلی خواب آوره . یعنی با نصف قرص هم خواب آلوده میشم. شبها هم چند بار بیدار میشم ،خوب خوابم نمیبره .
باید صبح خورده بشه یا شب ؟ اختلال خواب میاره واقعا ؟

واقعا قرصه عالیه ....
دکتره منم سرترالین تجویز کرده واسم روزی یکبار ( 50m)
منتهی میگه حداقل الامکان نخور چاق کننده اس
هم این هم نورتیلیبلین و هم پرگابالینconfused

من مدت هاست آسنترا 100
می خورم به من از اول گفتن حتمانیم ساعت بعد از ناهار بخورم ...
قبل از عید می خوام 2 تاش کنم
یعنی 200 بخورم ولی خوبه عوارضش
از بقیه قرصا کمتره
ولی من نمی دونستم خواب آوره یا چاق می کنه
من که روز به روز لاغر تر میشم!!!

دکتر به منم گفت بعد از ناهار ، حالا نمیدونم چرا ظهر باید بخورم ؟! دلیلش رو اگه فهمیدین بگین.
قبلا دکتر اولی که بعد از تشخیص رفتم بعد از صبحانه گفته بود!icon_cry
امروز طبق عادت میخواستم صبح بخورم ولی گذاشتم برای ظهر که بازم ترسیدم یک قرص کامل بخورم.نصفشو خوردم .اسنترا 50 هم هست مثل 5 سال پیش.
