سعی کنید این سوالات را در انتهای هر روز از خودتان بپرسید. اینکار به شما کمک می‌کند فردی بهتر و موفق‌تر شوید.

1. بهترین اتفاقی که امروز برایم افتاد چه بود؟

چه اتفاقی باعث شد احساس غرور، شادی، یا قدرشناسی کنید؟ آیا امروز حتی برای لحظه‌ای احساس لذت و موفقیت کردید؟



برای لحظه‌ای دوباره آن احساس را در خودتان زنده کنید. ما لحظات اینچنینی بیشتری در زندگیمان نیاز داریم، به همین خاطر بهتر است که به چیزهای مثبت فکر کنیم. خیلی وقت‌ها اتفاقات خوب را نادیده می‌گیریم. اما نباید اینطور باشد، باید از آنها نهایت لذت را برده و قدردانشان باشیم. این سوال کمک می‌کند، مثبت، شاد و قدرشناس باشیم.

2. چه کاری را می‌توانستم بهتر انجام دهم؟

از تجربیات امروزتان چه درسی می‌توانید بگیرید؟ چه اشتباهی مرتکب شدید که باید در آینده از آن جلوگیری کنید؟ چطور می‌توانستید یک موقعیت گفتگو را بهتر انجام دهید؟ به راه‌هایی فکر کنید که این مسئله را در آینده بهبود بخشید.

3. مهمترین کاری که فردا باید انجام دهم چیست؟

کدام کار است که به تنهایی اهمیت زیادی دارد و تفاوت زیادی در روز من ایجاد خواهد کرد؟ اگر برنامه روزانه دارید، مطمئناً این کار باید در آن نوشته شده باشد--و احتمالاً در راس آن لیست. به این فکر کنید که چطور اول صبح آن کار را به اتمام برسانید. این سوال کمکتان می‌کند روی کارهای مهم روزانه خود متمرکز شوید.

4. چه کار جدیدی را فردا می‌توانم امتحان کنم؟

زندگی سفری اکتشافی است. در هر سنی هم که باشیم، باید هر روز یک کار جدید را امتحان کنیم. فردا چه تجربه جدیدی می‌توانید داشته باشید؟



5. مهمترین فردی که در زندگی من وجود دارد کیست و چه کاری برای او انجام می‌دهم؟

روی کسی که دوست دارید—همسرتان، فرزندتان، والدین یا هر کس دیگر—متمرکز شوید. آیا به آنها گفته‌اید یا نشان داده‌اید که چقدر برایتان اهمیت دارند؟ فردا چه کاری می‌توانید برای کمک کردن، شاد کردن و یا غافلگیر کردن آنها انجام دهید؟ ما خیلی وقت‌ها آنقدر مشغول می‌شویم که عزیزانمان را فراموش می‌کنیم. این سوال باعث می‌شود دوباره به آنها بپردازید.

همین. 5 سوال ساده اما مهم که می‌تواند کمکتان کند زندگیتان را بهتر کنید. سعی کنید هر شب قبل از خواب این سوالات را از خودتان بپرسید.
