به گزارش ایسنا، از مدت‌ها قبل فرضیه کور رنگ بودن "ون گوگ" نقاش سرشناس هلندی با توجه به نوع رنگ‌هایی که این هنرمند در آثار خود استفاده کرده بود، مطرح شد.

اما کازنوری اسد، متخصص بینایی و علم رنگ با مشاهده آثار این هنرمند در زیر نور فیلتر شده متوجه دلیل مطرح شدن فرضیه کور رنگی ون گوگ شد؛ وی در نشست مشکلات دید در هوکایدو ژاپن اعلام کرد که مشاهده این آثار در یک اتاق روشن باعث تداعی احساس کور رنگی در افراد می‌شود.

این متخصص با استفاده از طیف اصلاح شده نور و لنزهای کور رنگی در این اتاق، آثار جدیدی از ون گوگ خلق کرده است!

در این حالت فرد دارای دید رنگی عادی، رنگ‌ها را مانند افراد دچار نقص در دید رنگ از جمله پروتانوپیا (فقدان رنگدانه قرمز) و دوترانوپیا (فقدان رنگدانه سبز) مشاهده می‌کند.

اسد خاطر نشان می‌کند: یکی از دوستان من که مبتلا به کور رنگی پروتانوپیا است متوجه تفاوت رنگی در آثار ون گوگ می‌شود، اما افراد با دید طبیعی توانایی تشخیص این تفاوت را ندارند.

قطعا این هنرمند از مشکل نقص در دید رنگ رنج می‌برده است و افراد دچار نقص در دید رنگ می‌توانند این مسأله را بهتر در آثار ون گوگ تشخیص دهند.

این محقق ژاپنی ابزار شبیه سازی کور رنگی را برای استفاده بر روی رایانه و تلفن همراه طراحی کرده است که امکان مشاهده دنیا از چشمان یک فرد دچار نقص در دید رنگ را برای افراد با دید طبیعی فراهم می‌کند.
