سلامت نیوز : تحقیقات جدید پژوهشگران نشان می‌دهد راز یك ازدواج موفق «عصبانیت صادقانه» است، نه همیشه «بخشیدن» و همواره «فراموش كردن». اغلب گفته می‌شود بخشیدن و فراموش كردن در زندگی مشترك شیوه‌‌ای مطلوب‌تراست؛ اما روانشناسان بر این باورند كه عصبانیت هم می‌تواند بهترین راه جهت حل مشكلات در مواقع لازم باشد. جیمز مك‌نالتی، استاد دانشگاه تنسی طی پژوهش‌های خود به این نتیجه دست یافت كه بخشیدن همیشگی در ازدواج در واقع می‌تواند دلخوری‌ها را افزایش دهد و این‌كه «نارضایتی كوتاه‌مدت از یك مكالمه حاوی عصبانیت، اما صادقانه» می‌تواند برای سلامت یك رابطه مشترك در درازمدت سودمند باشد.

به گزارش سلامت نیوز به نقل از اطلاعات ؛ پژوهش‌های این دانشمند حاكی از آن است كه بخشش دائمی در ازدواج می‌تواند تبعات ناخواسته منفی در پی داشته باشد. به گفته وی در زندگی مشترك لحظاتی رخ می‌دهند كه طرف مقابل به روشی علیه دیگری تخطی می‌كند. برای مثال، یك شریك می‌تواند از لحاظ مالی بی‌مسؤلیت، ناراست و یا فاقد نیروی حمایت‌كننده باشد. هنگامی كه این رویدادها به وقوع می‌پیوندند باید در خصوص عصبانی شدن یا بخشیدن تصمیم درست گرفت. پژوهش‌های این محقق نشان می‌دهد كه پارامترهای مختلفی می‌تواند كارایی بخشش را پیچیده كند. این مولفه‌ها شامل سطح توافق‌پذیری شریك یا شدت و تكرار تخطی است. یافته‌های وی نشان می‌دهد عصبانیت هم می‌تواند نقش مهمی در علامت دادن به شریك تخطی‌گر در خصوص این كه رفتار آزاردهنده وی قابل پذیرش نیست، باشد.

خواستگاري داشتم كه وقتي باهم صحبت كرديم برخلاف انتظار من مشتاق من شد و من شاخ در اوردم چون جوابهايي و با عصبانيت ميدادم يا بانظرش مخالفت ميكردم و سر حرف خودم ميموندم Tongueاخرش گفت من هرجا خواستگاري رفتم هر چي گفتم طرف يا ساكت شده يا گفته موافقم موافقم اما شما نظر خودتون و ميگيد love28Smile (16)
