ابتکار ایران در گلاتیرامر و خبر بد برای اسرائیل - همسر یک مشکوک به ام اس - 2012/08/27

مدیرعامل شرکت داروسازی اسوه، از تولید ماده اولیه داروی "گلاتیرامر" برای بیماران مبتلا به ام اس در کشور خبر داد که تاکنون در انحصار اسرائیل بوده است.
به گزارش جهان، دکتر عباس کبریایی زاده در گفتگو با مهر، از این دارو به عنوان یکی از سه داروی مطرح در درمان بیماران ام اس در دنیا نام برد و افزود: داروی "گلاتیرامر" جزو پرفروش ترین داروهای بیماری ام اس در آمریکاست.

وی اظهارداشت: این دارو هم اکنون با نام "اسویمر" در داخل تولید می شود.

عضو هیئت مدیره انجمن علمی داروسازان ایران، یکی از ویژگیهای این دارو را مصرف آن در دوران بارداری دانست و گفت: این دارو بر روی سیستم ایمنی بدن تاثیر می گذارد و از عود بیماری جلوگیری می کند.

کبریایی زاده با اعلام اینکه بیماران ایرانی تا قبل از تولید این دارو در کشور از مصرف آن محروم بودند، افزود: این دارو چون در انحصار اسرائیل بود، امکان واردات آن را نداشتیم که بعد از تولید آن در داخل، توانستیم علاوه بر شکستن انحصار تولید این دارو در دنیا، بیماران ام اس در کشورمان نیز از مزایای خاص این دارو بهره مند شده اند.

مدیرعامل شرکت داروسازی اسوه ادامه داد: داروی ایرانی از سال گذشته وارد بازار دارویی کشور شده و هم اکنون ایران به عنوان سومین تولید کننده این دارو در دنیا شناخته می شود.

وی با اعلام اینکه ماده اولیه این دارو در حال حاضر از کشور هند وارد می شود، تاکید کرد: پیش بینی کرده ایم تا اوایل سال آینده تولید ماده اولیه این دارو در داخل آغاز شود.

البته اعلام تولید داروی ام.اس در كشور در شرایطی است كه ایران از نظر تولید دارو در صدر كشورهای خاورمیانه قرار دارد و با تحولات جدیدی كه در این عرصه رخ داده انتظار می‌رود سهم ایران از تولید جهانی دارو بالاتر برود البته نه تنها در خاورمیانه بلكه در سراسر جهان از رتبه ممتازی برخوردار شود

متخصصان ایرانی موفق به تولید داروی بیماری «ام.اس» شدند، دارویی كه تولید آن تا پیش از این در انحصار چند كشور محدود از جمله رژیم صهیونیستی بود. همزمان هم مقامات وزارت بهداشت اعلام كردند از 8 داروی جدید ساخت داخل رو نمایی خواهد شد. پیش از این هم وزارت بهداشت خبر داده بود تا 90 درصد داروهای مورد نیاز در داخل كشور تولید می‌شود.اما اعلام خبر تولید داروی ام.اس در كشور گامی مهم در خودكفایی بخش داروسازی به حساب می‌آید.

به نقل از تهران امروز ؛ در همین زمینه مدیرعامل شرکت داروسازی «اسوه» روز گذشته گفت: داروی ام.اس تولید شده در كشور به عنوان یکی از سه داروی مطرح در درمان بیماران ام.اس در دنیا مطرح است كه «گلاتیرامر» نام دارد و امروز جزو پرفروش‌ترین داروهای بیماری ام.اس در آمریکاست. با تلاش شبانه روزی متخصصان داخلی،این دارو هم اکنون با نام «اسویمر» داخل كشور نیز تولید می شود.

عضو هیات مدیره انجمن علمی داروسازان ایران یکی از ویژگیهای این دارو را مصرف آن در دوران بارداری دانست و گفت: این دارو روی سیستم ایمنی بدن تاثیر می گذارد و از عود بیماری جلوگیری می کند. تا پیش از این، به دلیل آنكه این دارو در انحصار اسرائیل بود، امکان واردات آن را نداشتیم که بعد از تولید آن در داخل، توانستیم علاوه بر شکستن انحصار تولید دارو در دنیا، مزایای خاصی را در اختیار بیماران ام. اسی كشورمان قرار دهیم. این داروی ایرانی از سال گذشته وارد بازار دارویی کشور شده و هم اکنون ایران به عنوان سومین تولید‌کننده این دارو در دنیا شناخته می‌شود.

وی با اعلام اینکه ماده اولیه این دارو در حال حاضر از کشور هند وارد می شود، تاکید کرد: پیش بینی کرده ایم تا اوایل سال آینده تولید ماده اولیه این دارو در داخل آغاز شود. این دارو که به شکل سرنگ آماده تزریق تولید شده است ، برای بیماران مبتلا به ام.اس به ویژه بیماران مقاوم به درمان های رایج استفاده می شود و برخلاف داروهای مشابه خارجی، حتی زنان باردار نیز می‌توانند از آن استفاده کنند.

رئیس سازمان غذا و دارو نیز مدتی پیش تولید این دارو و برخی داروهای دیگر را که رتبه های نخست و دوم جهان را دارند،‌ از افتخارات داروسازی کشور دانست و گفت: داروی جدید بیماری ام.اس با تلاش محققان داخلی و از مواد‌اولیه تولید داخل ساخته شده است .

خوشبختانه در چند سال اخیر شاهد پیشرفت‌های چشمگیر پزشكی در كشور بوده‌ایم. سال گذشته نیز وزیر بهداشت و درمان و آموزش پزشكی در مراسم رونمایی از خط تولید انبوه نخستین داروی ضد سرطان تزریقی در رشت گفت: با تلاش محققان و متخصصان داخلی ، ایران نخستین رتبه تولیدکننده دارو در خاورمیانه و در دنیا نیز جزو کشورهای نخست تولید این محصول است.

از سوی دیگر تولید «نانو داروها» نیز در كشور با قوت پیش می‌رود. چندی پیش دكتر محمود جعفری، استاد دانشكده دارو سازی با اعلام ساخت داروی ضد سرطان با فن‌آوری نانو گفت:« این دارو برای درمان سرطان تخمدان، سرطان سینه و سرطان کاپوسی سارنوما در بیماران مبتلا به HIV و بسیاری از سرطان‌های دیگر استفاده می‌شود. این نانو دارو با نام تجاری «سینا دوکوزوم» در ایران تولید و با قیمت بسیار پایین‌تر نسبت به نمونه‌های خارجی آن عرضه می‌شود. این فرآورده به دلیل دارا بودن اندازه ذره‌ای 100 نانومتر قادر است بافت تومور را هدف قرار دهد و از بین ببرد.»

ایران در صدر كشورهای خاورمیانه

البته اعلام تولید داروی ام.اس در كشور در شرایطی است كه ایران از نظر تولید دارو در صدر كشورهای خاورمیانه قرار دارد و با تحولات جدیدی كه در این عرصه رخ داده انتظار می‌رود سهم ایران از تولید جهانی دارو بالاتر برود البته نه‌تنها در خاورمیانه بلكه در سراسر جهان از رتبه ممتازی برخوردار شده و به سمت خودكفایی كامل حركت كند.
