‫یک مطالعه جدید توسط دکتر ماگدالنا لسکا و همکارانش از دانشگاه Aarhuis University دانمارک نشان می دهد که اجزائی از یک ویروس به نام HERV-Fc1 (رتروویروس درون زاد انسانی) - که مشتق شده از ژنهای معمولی که در DNA همه انسانها یافت می شود درسطوح بالاتر در پلاسما و سلول های ایمنی افراد مبتلا به MS فعال وجود دارند.

این مطالعه که اخیرا در ژورنال آنلاین ویروس شناسی منتشر شده است،یک پیشرفت چشمگیر را به یک عامل که ممکن است باعث حملات ایمنی در ام اس و یا اختلالات دیگر شود میسر می کند.بعلاوه تحقیقات بیشتری برای شناسایی بهتر نقش ناشناخته این عامل نیاز خواهد بود و آن امکان،مشمول افراد مبتلا به ام اس می شود.

هدف:علت ام اس مدتهای طولانی مورد بحث بوده است،اما دلایل احتمالی آن شامل هر دو عامل خطر ژنتیک و محیط است.در میان عوامل محیطی ویروسها یک وابستگی تکراری با ام اس دارند.یک رتروویروس به نام HERV-Fc1 قبلا نشان داده بود که یک وابستگی ژنتیکی با ام اس دارد.اجزاء این ویروس در مغز و خون افراد مبتلا به ام اس یافت شده است.DNA همه افراد بشر شامل ژنهایی از قسمتی از رتروویروس ها است.در حالت طبیعی،اغلب این ژنها خاموش می مانند و فقط چند جزء ویروسی در بدن یافت می شوند.این گروه تحقیقاتی مشاهده کردند که اجزاء این ویروس در سیستم سلولهای ایمنی افراد مبتلا به ام اس فعال در مقایسه با کنترل های سلامتی و افراد با ام اس غیرفعال در حال افزایش هستند.

مطالعه : محققان برای مشاهده اجزاء HERV-Fc1 از سه گروه نمونه خون گرفتند : ۳۰ داوطلب سالم،۱۹ نفر مبتلا به ام اس غیر فعال(بدون عود بیماری به طور میانگین ۳۶ ماه) و ۲۲ نفر با ام اس فعال (عود بیماری به طور میانگین ۳.۲ ماه).اگر چه هر سه گروه تعداد مشابهی از نسخه های اجزاء ویروس را در DNA خودشان داشتند اما تفاوت واضحی در RNA آنها بود.(RNA اولین مرحله از ساخت ویروس از ژن است).سطوح HERV در افراد مبتلا به ام اس فعال در مقایسه با افراد سالم و افراد مبتلا به ام اس غیر فعال،چهار برابر بیشتر بود.این تیم سپس در یک پروتئین که مرتبط با HERV بود جستجو کردند و سلولهای خونی سفید را که برای حملات ایمنی ام اس مهم شناخته شده است را بررسی کردند.در این سلولهای سفید خون،بیشترین ارتباط پروتئینی HERV در نمونه هایی از افراد مبتلا به ام اس فعال در مقایسه با دو گروه دیگر یافت شدند.‬

یعنی شدیم مسخره دست همشون...یه روز یه پسر 17 ساله میاد میگه من دارو ام اس رو ساختم.....با زنجفیل و نعناع و زعفرون....هر روز این بابا های خارجی یه چیزی میگن...خو حداقل اینا تو حرفاشون اسم دو تا سلول و ملوکولی هست...آدم حس می کنه واقعی کار میکنن...والا تو ایران هر که از خونشون قهر میکنه......یا طب سنتی راه میندازه میخواد ام اس رو درمون کنه ...یا نابغه میشه یه شبه اونم از نوع 18 سسالش ...یهوئی ام اس رو خوب میکنه...ولمون کنید عاموangry3angry3
