تهران - دبیر اجرایی نهمین كنگره ام اس گفت : بخش عمده درمان بیماری ام اس دست خود بیمار است و می توان با امیدبخشی و انجام یك كار تیمی مناسب با این بیماری مقابله كرد.


به گزارش انجمن ام اس ایران ، دكتر 'حسین كرمانپور' در مورد مسایل و مشكلات مبتلایان به ام اس افزود : اغلب مبتلایان افراد سالم و توانمندی بوده اند و ضعف و ناتوانی ناشی از بیماری باعث شده است كه در جمع دوستان، محیط كار و محل تحصیل دچار مشكل شوند.از این رو این افراد از نظر روحی آسیب پذیر می شوند.

دبیر اجرایی نهمین كنگره ام اس ادامه داد: امكان دارد كه تعدادی از این افراد گوشه نشین شوند و یا به دلیل ضعف عضلانی در راه رفتن دچار مشكل شوند به همین خاطر مایل نیستند اطرافیان از بیماری آن ها آگاه شوند.

وی گفت: متاسفانه آمار مبتلایان به ام اس روز به روز در حال افزایش است و عدم اطلاع از ام اس، سیر مراجعات غیرضروری به پزشكان را افزایش می دهد .از این رو ضروری است اطلاع رسانی در خصوص بیماری ام اس در جامعه انجام شود در غیر این صورت نگرانی مردم باعث می شود تا با مشاهده كوچكترین علامتی در خود، نزد متخصص بروند و در نتیجه سیر مراجعات غیر ضروری به مطب های پزشكان افزایش یابد.

كرمانپوریادآور شد كه تا 10 سال آینده در هر خانواده ایرانی یك ام اسی می تواند وجود داشته باشد ، گفت : در علم پزشكی منظور از خانواده، عبارت فامیلی یا بستگان ژنتیكی فرد است. این افراد شامل، پدر و مادر، پدر و مادر بزرگ مادری و پدری و برادران، خواهران، دایی، خاله، عمو و عمه ی فرد می شود.

وی همچنین در مورد برپایی نهمین كنگره ام اس گفت: این كنگره از 11 تا 12 آبان ماه امسال با حضور متخصصان و گروه های مختلف جامعه پزشكی در تهران برگزار می شود .

به گفته وی تازه های تشخیص، درمان و كنترل ام اس، ژنتیك در ام اس، ایمونولوژی در ام اس، پاتوفیزیولوژی، بیولوژی و علوم پایه پزشكی در ام اس، تغذیه در ام اس، توانبخشی و ام اس، حاملگی در ام اس، نورسایكولوژی و ام اس، نوروافتالمولوژی در بیماری ام اس، اپیدمیولوژی، طب مكمل، پرستاری در ام اس و كاربرد و عوارض دارویی از جمله محورهای برپایی این كنگره است .
