ماشین‌گرفتگی در طی مسافرت - naazanin - 2012/08/04

برخی افراد در حین مسافرت، حتی سفرهای کوتاه، در هنگام حرکت با وسیله نقلیه پس از مدتی دچار حالت تهوع می گردند که در پزشکی به بیماری حرکت و در بین مردم به "ماشین گرفتگی" مشهور می باشد.

بیماری «حرکت»، عارضه‌ای است که در اثر اختلال یا حساس بودن سیستم کنترل حرکت و تعادل در گوش داخلی ایجاد می‌شود.

این بیماری لزوما ارثی نیست و تحت تاثیر محیط و اضطراب افزایش می‌یابد و رفته رفته با رسیدن به سن بلوغ کاهش یافته و بعد از چند سال اغلب بهبودی کامل می‌یابد.

علل ماشین گرفتگی

سیستم کنترل حرکت و تعادل در گوش داخلی انسان قرار دارد و از طریق مراکز انقباضی به ساقه مغز متصل است.

این سیستم در حالت عادی، تعادل انسان را در حال حرکت و تکان‌های ارادی و غیرارادی عهده‌دار است. در بعضی افراد این سیستم خاصیتی دارد که در مواقع حرکت، بیش از حد تحریک می‌شود.

تحریک شدید این سیستم از طریق ارتباطی که با مرکز تهوع در ساقه مغز دارد، باعث ایجاد تهوع و استفراغ می‌شود و این حالت شدید هنگام حرکت‌های پرتلاطم و ناگهانی، مانند حرکت کشتی یا قایق رخ می دهد که به آن، بیماری دریا یا دریازدگی نیز می‌گویند.

البته اغلب افراد هنگام حرکت با اتومبیل و اتوبوس نیز دچار این حالت می‌شوند.

بیماری‌حرکت، نوعی اختلال رایج گوش داخلی است که از طریق حرکات پی در پی کشتی روی آب، حرکت ماشین وحرکت هواپیما ایجاد می‌شود


علائم ماشین گرفتگی

سرگیجه: این علامت شایع‌ترین مشخصه بیماری است، البته این یک سرگیجه واقعی نیست، زیرا سرگیجه واقعی به حالتی گفته می‌شود که فرد محیط ثابت اطراف خود را به طور غیرواقعی در حال حرکت ببیند، ولی در این افراد سرگیجه به صورت احساس سرگیجه است، نه سرگیجه واقعی. این بیماران معمولا از سیاهی رفتن چشم‌ها و عدم‌توانایی در ایستادن شکایت دارند.


تهوع: حالت تهوع از علائم دیگر این بیماری است و فرد دائما احساس می‌کند که می‌خواهد غذایی را که خورده، بالا بیاورد. حتی وقتی که چیزی نخورده و معده‌اش کاملا خالی است، این احساس را دارد. برخی افراد که شدت بیماری در آنها بیشتر است، تحمل نگهداری هیچ چیزی را در معده ندارند و مدام در حال بالا آوردن هستند.

احساس ضعف: احساس ضعف و بی‌حالی می‌تواند به علت افت فشارخون که در نتیجه عدم مصرف کافی غذا یا استفراغ مکرر است، به وجود آید.


درمان و جلوگیری از ماشین گرفتگی

- به بیماران توصیه می‌شود قبل از سفر، غذای کمتری استفاده کرده و از پرخوری بپرهیزند.

- در طول سفر به طور مرتب استراحت داشته باشند.

- در هنگام حرکت، حتی‌الامکان غذای زیاد و به خصوص تنقلات مصرف نکنند.

- در موارد شدید نیز می‌توانند از داروهای گیرنده هیستامین برای پیشگیری استفاده کنند.

- برای رفع بیماری حرکت، خوردن سردی ها مخصوصاً آبغوره مفید می باشد. همچنین خوردن آبی که مقداری آبلیمو داخل آن ریخته باشند خوب است.

- توصیه می گردد در زمان حرکت به گونه ای برنامه ریزی نمایید که هضم معده شما تمام شده باشد و معده خالی باشد، ولی فرد گرسنه نباشد.

- اگر این حالت نهایتاً منجر به استفراغ شد، مانع آن نشوند.

- قبل از حرکت دفع ادرار و مدفوع صورت گرفته باشد.

- دریازدگی نیز همانند حالت تهوع در ماشین به علت حرکت مداوم بدن می باشد و همین دستورات کمک کننده است.

آخ آخ...این یکی از مشکلات بزرگ من برای مسافرت بودangry3
بارها آبروم جلوی همه رفت انقدر که badtaste ! confused
ولی خدا رو شکر چند سالیه که همه چی خوبه.smiling

توصیه میکنم دمای ماشین یا وسیله ی نقلیه ی مورد نظر رو هم تنظیم کنید.
گرما میتونه بر شدت این حالت تاثیر گذار باشه(مخصوصا برای ما)
