میخواستم بپرسم،کسی تجربه ی پالس گرفتن تو خونه رو داره؟
من باید پالس بگیرم و به پیشنهاد دکترم،قراره تو خونه باشم و پرستار بگیرم.
نمیدونم چه چیزایی(به غیر از دارو)باید تهیه کنم و ...

در صورتی که از نظر حال عمومی و جسمی وضعیت متوسطی دارین پالس گرفتن در منزل توصیه میشه
من همه ی n تا پالسم رو تو خونه گرفتم
ببینید، یه زمانی هست که بیمار نیاز به مراقبت ویژه داره که بحثش جداست و حتما باید در مراکز درمانی بستری بشه
اما در حالتی که مشکل خاصی وجود نداره پالس گرفتن در منزل خیلی بهتره. البته ... هزینه ی پرستار رو در نظر بگیرین.
مثلا برای 5 بار آنژیو زدن و کشیدن 300,000 تومان خیلی زیاده!!!
هیچ چیز خاصی لازم نیست که در منزل داشته باشین
تجربیات پالس تراپی های گذشته ی همه ی ما نشون میده:

1) حتما همراه کورتون رانیتیدین یا یه ضد ریفلاکس دیگه لازمه
2) ترجیحا درازکش کورتون بگیرین
3) حدود 3 یا 4 ساعت یک لیتر سرمتون باید گرفتنش طول بکشه
4) مصرف مایعات هنگام کورتون گرفتن مشکلی ایجاد نمیکنه، ولی مثل اینکه همراهش و در همون زمان نباید میوه بخورین.
5) ساعتهای پالس گرفتنتون رو در روز بخاطر بسپارین و در روزهای بعد ترجیحا در همون ساعتها پالس بگیرین
6) در صورتی که خسته میشین به جای روزی یک گرم روزی دو تا نیم گرم پالس بگیرین
و

.
یه عالمه موضوع مهم دیگه که اگه یادم اومد میگم.
از این تاپیک خیلی خوشم اومد. واقعا به کار میاد. و البته ... تشکر از پرستوی عزیز.

پرستوي عزيزم منم چندين بار توي خونه پالس گرفتم
معمولا اولين بار قبل از تزريق نوار قلبي ازم گرفتن و وضعيت رو بررسي كردن اگه خوب بود ديگه براي بقيه تزريق ها مشكلي نبود
پرستار هم فقط ميامد سرم رو وصل ميكرد امپول رو تزريق ميكرد و ميرفت . وقتي تموم ميشد پدرم سرم رو درمياورد
اگه توي خونه كسي باشه كه اين كار رو برات انجام بده نيازي به پرستار نيست
ولي پيشنهاد ميدم براي بار اول پرستار كنارت باشه گلم .

من تجربه پالس تراپي ندارم...ولي مي تونم از ته دل برات دعا كنم عزيزم...ايشالله بهتر مي شي و ديگه نيازت به پالس نمي افتهinnocent0001.giflove51

نکته ای که مهشید عزیز بهش اشاره میکنه خیلی مهمه
یکی از شایعترین عوارض پالس تراپی بخصوص در بدن بیمارانی که کمی ضعیف هستن تپش قلبه
ممکنه بدون نوار قلبی یا چک کردن حال عمومی و علائم بالینی بیمار، پزشک تشخیص بده که ریسک پلاس گرفتن کمه، ولی اگه نوار قلبی باشه که محشره.

عزیزم من دو بار حمله داشتم هر دو بارم تو خونه پالس گرفتم اصلا نگران نباش.

خواهرم پرستاره و من طبق نظر پزشک اول هفته ی توخونه پالس گرفتم
توخونه آدم راحته و همه چیز تحت اختیارشه

من 4 دوز گرفتم در سرم های نیم لیتری. و یه آمپول هم داده بود برای معدم. گه استفاده نکردم. اما این دو سه روز قرص معده خوردم (فاموتيدين)
از عوارض کورتن برای من احساس گرمای زیادی بود، معده درد و...

مهمترین چیزی که میخواد میدونی چیه؟ آنژوکت. آنژوکت زدن درد داره.البته من سال 88 که ام آر آی دادم مرکز ام آر آی رو گذاشتم تو سرم انقدر که دردم اومد و جیغ زدم.اما الان که تپلتر شدم درد چندانی نداشتم. و خواهر محترم ما خیلی راحت آنژوکت بنده ی حقیر رو عوض میفرمود و من هم جز یک آخ چیز بیشتری نمیگفتم
