به گزارش خبرگزاری CBC : دو برادر یکی از وینیپگ و دیگری از اتاوای کانادا ، که در لهستان تحت عمل جراحی برای درمان بیماری ام.اس قرار گرفته اند از عمل خویش ابراز خوشنودی کرده و امید بیشتری برای کاهش علائم این بیماری دارند .

دانکن تورنتون ، 47 ساله با برادرش ایوان ، 49 ساله برای انجام یک پروسه درمانی که فعلا در کانادا میسر نیست این کشور را به مقصد کشور لهستان ترک کرده اند .
جراحی ، برپایه افزایش جریان خون در مغز بیماران ام.اس هنوز هم در بسیاری از جوامع تخصصی پزشکی در حد آزمایش مطرح است و این درحالی است که در موارد زیادی ، بیماران نتایج امیدوار کننده ای را در همین زمینه گزارش کرده اند.
خبرگزاری CBC در روز چهارشنبه اعلام کرده است : بر روی هر دو برادر عمل جراحی انجام گرفته و حال هردوی آنها خوب گزارش شده و آنها احساس بهتر شدن دارند.
دانکن اظهار میدارد : خون در دست و پاهایم به گردش در آمده و من به طرز محسوسی بهبود یافته ام .
همچنین ایوان تورنتون بعد از عمل گفت : "همه خواسته ی من این بود که از اینی که هستم بدتر نشوم ،" و الان متوجه تغییرات قابل توجه و مهمی در خود شده ام .
دانکن اضافه میکند : "من بی وققه گرم شدن دست ها و پاهایم را احساس می کنم و آن شبیه نوعی جایزه بسیار بزرگ در عظیم ترین بخت آزمایی زندگی ام می باشد و الان دستها و پاهایم بسیارگرمتر از آنچه بود می باشند.و این اثربسیار شگفت انگیز بعد از این عمل است . راستش ، امیدی که ما الان بدست آورده ایم بیشتر ازآنی است که انتظار داشتیم. "
این دو برادر هنوز در بیمارستانی در کاتووایثسه لهستان هستند و تا اوایل جمعه آینده ترخیص خواهند شد.
باتوجه به این که اثرات اولیه این عمل مثبت و سودمند بوده است شاید تا چند ماه آینده روند درمان بیماری ام.اس را تحت تاثیر خود قرار دهد .
هزینه عمل این جراحی برای هرمورد حدود10،000 دلار است. این روش تحت پوشش هیج بیمه ای نیست، زیرا هنوز هم در شمال امریکا در حال تحقیق است.
درمان بر این فرض گرفته شده است که ام.اس با نارسایی مزمن وریدی، مغزی ، نخاعی پیوند خورده است که در آن شرایط به رگ گردن یا قفسه سینه خللی وارد می آید که از تخلیه ی مناسب خون از مغز جلو گیری می شود.

من اصل این مطلب رو خوندم.خیلی جالبه.
مثل کرم تو سیب نباشیم.چشمامون رو باز کنیم.

aztabکه میگه دکتر محمدیان در تبریز این عمل رو انجام میده.دکتر قربانی هم در بیمارستان شریعتی تهران اعلام آمادگی کرده.

سلام
بچه ها من هم به روش دکتر زامبونی اعتقاد راسخ دارم چون سایر بیماری هایی که مغز رو درگیر میکنه مثل سکته مغزی که در اثر لخته شدن خون تو مغز پدید می آد تقریباً مثل ام اس باعث ایجاد فلجی یا خارج شدن تعادل بدن از حالت تعادلی رو داره یعنی این خونه که فضای مسمومی رو برای مغز به وجود می آره ولی این که عمل جواب قطعی هستش خیلی خوش بین نیستم، فکر کنم دکترا باید به دنبال از بین بردن تجمع خون تو مغز مثل از بین بردن لخته خون توی مغز باشن. با این وجود ام اس نمیتونه واکسن داشته باشه، مگه شکستگی پا میتونه واکسن داشته باشه!!!!!
