نایب رییس انجمن ام اس خواستار ثبات قیمت داروی مبتلایان شد

نایب رییس انجمن ام اس گفت: یکی از خواسته های انجمن ام اس و بیماران دستیابی قیمتی پایدار است چون نوسانات قیمت دارو باعث بروز مشکلاتی برای بیماران می شود.

ایران پرتو اخبار اجتماعی دکتر محمدعلی صحراییان در گفت وگو با خبرنگار سرویس «سلامت» ، افزود: نوسانات قیمت دارو یکی از عوامل استرس زا برای مبتلایان به ام اس است، بنابراین از مسئولان وزارت بهداشت و صندوقهای بیمه می خواهیم که برای کاهش این نوسانات با هماهنگی بیشتری عمل کنند.
وی درباره آخرین قیمت داروهای مبتلایان به ام اس اظهار کرد: میزان قیمت بتافرون از 400 هزار تومان به 256 هزار تومان کاهش یافته است.
بیماران برای خرید داروی اکستاویا که مشابه بتافرون است ماهانه 163هزار تومان و بابت اوونکس باید حدود290هزار بپردارند اما قیمت سینووکس به 20هزار تومان افزایش پیدا کرده است.
نایب رییس انجمن ام اس با اشاره به پوشش بیمه ای داروهای ام اس گفت: برخی داروها م چون گران قیمت است از سوی صندوق های بیمه پوشش کافی داده نمی شود هر چند که دولت دستور بیمه شدن این داروها را داده است اما صندوق های بیمه آن را به پوشش مناسب نداده اند.
وی در ادامه گفت: روند تولید برخی از داروهای مبتلایان به ام اس در داخل کشور بسیار سخت و پیچیده است و همین امر باعث گران تمام شدن آن ها می شود البته داروهای تولید شده در داخل در مقایسه با مشابه خارجی خود قیمت کمتری دارند اما برای بیماران ایرانی گران قیمت است.
صحراییان افزود: «گلاتیرامر» دارویی است که به تازگی در ایران تولید شده است.
انحصار تولید این دارو پیش از این در اختیار رژیم صهیونیستی بود.
قیمت هر آمپول نوع ایرانی این دارو 35 هزار تومان است و بیمار باید هر روز یک آمپول تزریق کند، بنابراین ماهانه یک میلیون و 50 هزار تومان بیمار باید بابت آن بپردازد.
پوشش بیمه ای این دارو الزامی است چون بیمار نمی تواند بدون استفاده از بیمه، داروی گلاتیرامر را تزریق کند.
تحت پوشش بیمه قرار گرفتن این دارو مصوب شده ولی هنوز به اجرا در نیامده است.
وی درباره میزان حمایت صندوق های بیمه از توانبخشی مبتلایان به ام اس اظهار کرد: نقش توانبخشی در بیماری ام اس بسیار مهم است اما حتی از مفهوم توانبخشی در ایران بد برداشت می شود.
توانبخشی تنها به معنای توانبخشی فیزیکی نیست.
بسیاری از بیماران علاوه بر توانبخشی فیزیکی به توانبخشی فکری و عاطفی نیاز دارند اما متاسفانه صندوقهای بیمه پوشش کافی را برای توانبخشی ندارند.
صحراییان در پایان گفت: توانبخشی در منزل نوعی از توانبخشی است که امیدواریم صندوقهای بیمه آن را پوشش دهند چون برخی بیماران نمی توانند به مراکز توانبخشی مراجعه کنند.
کاردرمانی نیز از مواردیست که صندوق های بیمه باید در مورد پوشش آن اقدام کنند.
