دیدار تیر ماه اعضا - fireboud - 2012/07/11

سلام
به اطلاع کلیه کاربران محترم می رسانم سومین دیدار سال 91 اعضای سایت ام اس سنتر در ساعت 17 روز پنجشنبه 29 تیر ماه در یکی از کافی شاپ های تهران برگزار خواهد گردید . مکان این دیدار متعاقبا اعلام خواهد شد .
این دیدار با دیدارهای قبلی تفاوت دارد و با موضوعیت تخصصی و رسمی با برنامه ویژه برگزار خواهد شد افرادی که قصد شرکت در این دیدار را دارند با شرکت در نظر سنجی حضور خود را اعلام نمایند .
همچنین نکاتی چند را جهت یادآوری اعلام می کنم

1- حضور مبتلایان به ام اس و بستگان درجه یک آنها بلامانع و سایر افراد پس از تایید یکی از افراد تیم مدیریتی میسر خواهد بود . ( اطلاعیه افراد شرکت کننده در دیدارها )
2- -حتما به خاطر داشته باشید عکاسی در دیدارهای سایت فقط توسط فرد منتخب تیم مدیریتی می باشد و جز جهت استفاده شخصی از عکاسی از حاضرین خودداری نمایید .
3- افرادی که قصد مشارکت در هزینه های برگزاری این دیدار را دارند حتما با پیام خصوصی به سینا اطلاع دهند . (6219861000007624 سینا صادری - بانک سامان)
4- افرادی که برای اولین بار قصد حضور در دیدارها رو دارند حتما شماره یکی از مدیران را جهت هماهنگی و حضور در برنامه داشته باسند .
5- با توجه به برنامه ریزی های انجام شده انتظار میرود زمان اتمام دیدار حدود ساعت 19:30 باشد .

نکته : تنها برای افرادی که تا تاریخ 26 تیر ماه در نظر سنجی شرکت کنند آدرس دیدار فرستاده خواهد شد

اینم بدونید که ماه بعد ماه رمضون هست و نمیتونیم دیدار داشته باشیم

شهرزاد جان همون طور که در اطلاعیه میبینید دیدار در یکی از کافی شاپ های تهران برگزار میشه و از لحاظ سیستم سرمایش جای مناسبی هست .
راجع به کسانی که مشکل حرکتی دارند و با ویلچر رفت و آمد میکنن هم باید بگم که دسترسی این عزیزان به کافی شاپ هم بسیار راحت هست و جای هیچگونه نگرانی نداشته باشند

این دیدار مشخص شده و نگران نباشید خنک هم هست برای دیدارهای بعدی حتما از مکان های پیشنهادی استفاده میکنیم

خواهشا اگه می شه لطف کنید راجع به برنامه ای که قراره اجرا بشه واضح و دقیق توضیح دهید؟
و بهتر نیست چون تو کافی شاپه هزینه به عهده هر شخص باشد؟
و اگه می شه ساعت دیدار یه مقدار دیرتر باشه؟

یه پیشنهاد می تونیم سالن سینمای یه فرهنگسرا را هم رزرو کنیم و دسته جمعی یه فیلمی رو ببینیم و بعد راجع بهش صحبت کنیم؟
