در این بحث عملکرد داروهای تحقیقاتی و فاز ازمایشی داروها را بررسی میکنیم:
1-ATX-MS1467
یک داروی تحقیقاتی برای ام اس عود کننده فروکش کننده. تزریق بصورت زیر پوستی هر دو هفته یکبار میباشد...
عملکرد دارو بصورت کاهش دادن تعداد سلول های ایمنی T حمله کننده به غشاء میلین سیستم عصبی بدن میباشد...
از این دارو تا کنون عوارض جانبی خاصی گزارش نشده است
دارو هم اکنون فاز 1 بررسی خود را طی میکند...
2-داکلی زومابDACLIZUMAB
داکلی زوماب داروی جدید تحقیقاتی برای ام اس فرو کش کننده عود کننده تزریق بصورت زیر پوستی ماهانه(تزریق ماهی 1 مرتبه)agreement2
نحوه عملکرد دارو:
این دارو با بلاک کردن اینترلوکین ها که یک پیام رسان در سیستم ایمن بدن میباشد از تحریک سیستم ایمنی جلوگیری میکند...
در نتایج فاز دوم ازمایش دارو در گروه که دوز ماهانه دارو را میگرفتند باعث کاهش 50 در صدی عود سالیانه بیماری در مقایسه با گروه مصرف کننده دارو نما بوده است....50 در صد کاهش عود بیماری در مقایسه 0.35 درصدی اینتر فرون ها
اثرات جانبی دارو:
1-در مطالعات انتخابی بر روی بیماران این موارد روئیت شده است...در افرادی که مصرف کننده دارو بودند در مقایسه با افرادی که دارو نما مصرف کرده بدند موارد عفونت موضعی در محل تزریق و درد دیده شده استconfused
2-گزارش یک مورد مرگ ConfusedConfused
نتایح حاصله از بررسی دارو:
در مطالعات انجام شده در یک گروه 600 نفره از بیماران در دو گروه مصرف کننده دارو در دو دوز 150mg و 300mg در مقایسه با گروه مصرف کننده دارو نما نتایج زیر حاصل شد:
کاهش 0.54 درصدی عود بیماری در گروه مصرف کننده دوز 150 میلی دارو
کاهش 0.50 در صدی عود بیماری در گروه مصرف کننده دوز 300 میلی دارو
عجیبه دوز کمتر قدرت بیشتری در کاهش عود دارهicon_cry
کاهش 57 درصدی خطر احتمال از کار افتادگی در دوزmg 150
کاهش 64 درصدی خطر اقزایش احنمال شاخص ناتوانی edss در دوز 300mg در مقایسه با گروه مصرف کننده دارو نما

3-teriflunomide
داروی ازمایشی در فاز پیش بالینی تحقیقاتی برای ام اس عود کننده فرو کش کننده
طریقه عملکر :
این دارو به میزان زیادی از تکثیر گلبول های سفید در هر دو نوع b و t جلو گیری میکند
دارو بصورت قرص خوراکی بوده و مصرف روزانه دارد...
در نتایج فاز دوم بررسی teriflunomide بر روی 1088 بیمار در گروه مصرف کننده دوز 14 میلی گرمی دارو کاهش 30 در صدی عود بیماری در مقایسه با گروه مصرف کننده دارو نما دیده شده است
عوارض جانبی گزارش شده دارو:اسهال .سردرد.سر گیجه و ریزش مو میباشد
4-المتوزوماب....ALEMTUZUMAB

داروی ازمایشی در مرحله پیش بالینی برای ام اس عود کننده فرو کش کننده...دارو بصورت قرص 2 تا 3 بار در روز مصرف میشود
در فاز دوم تحقیقاتی دارو کاهش 50 درصدی عود بیماری را در مقایسه با گروه مصرف کننده دارو نما نشان داده است...
نحوه عملکرد دارو:
مکانیسم عملکرد دقیق دارو مشخص نمیباشد اما مطا لعات پیش بالینی مشخص میکند دارو دارای خاصیت ضد التهابی در سیستم اعصاب مرکزی میباشد...
عوارض جانبی:
عوارض جانبی خاصی در مراحل ازمایشی مصرف دارو گزارش نشده....در بعضی بیماران حالت سردرد و گر گرفتگی گزارش شده....دارو سازگاری خوبی داردagreement2
در مطالعات انجام شده بر روی 1232 بیمار در سه گروه مصرف کننده 2 قرص در روزو مصرف کننده 3 قرص در روز و گره مصرف کننده گلاتیمر استات (کوپاکسون) نتایج زیر حاصل شد:
کاهش 0.44 درصدی عود سالیانه در گرو مصرف کننده دو قرص
کاهش 55 درصدی عود سالیانه بیماری در گروه مصرف کننده 3 قرص در روز ....
گره مصرف کننده کوپاکسون کاهش 0.29 درصدی عود بیماری را نشان میدادند
ای نشان بر قابلیت و ارجحیت بیشتر BG12 نسبت به خط دفاع اول رایج کنونی میباشد...

تاثیر ژنتیک بر بیماری ام اس در خوزستان بررسی می‌شود

دکتر نسترن مجدی‌نسب در گفت‌وگو با خبرنگار باشگاه خبرنگاران خوزستان اظهار کرد: در کشورهای مختلف دنیا تحقیقاتی در زمینه تاثیر ژنتیک در ابتلا به بیماری MS انجام شده، ولی با توجه به اینکه اطلاعات به دست آمده در این کشورها قابل تعمیم به دیگر کشورها نیست، نمی‌توان از این اطلاعات استفاده کرد.

وی با بیان اینکه لازم است در زمینه تاثیر ژنتیک بر بیماری MS در ایران مطالعاتی انجام شود، افزود: این کار برای نخستین‌بار در کشور در استان خوزستان و توسط انجمن MS انجام می‌شود؛ برای انجام این کار از بیماران دعوت می‌شود که برای خون‌گیری مراجعه کنند و پس از آن آزمایش‌های لازم بر روی نمونه‌های دریافتی انجام می‌شود.

مجدی‌نسب تصریح کرد: البته در این زمینه بیماران اختیار دارند و می‌توانند برای نمونه‌گیری مراجعه نکنند؛ هزینه انجام آزمایش‌ها نیز بر عهده انجمن است. هم‌اکنون ثبت‌نام از افراد برای شرکت در این طرح در حال انجام است و پس از نمونه‌گیری از بیماران، آزمایش‌ها انجام می‌شود.

اینو 8 ماهه پیش نوشتم به داروهای 3و 4 نگاه کنید -تایید شده- دوستم امروز مقالشون رو گذاشت روی سایت- اون موقع داشت دوره پیش تحقیقاتیش رو میگذروند ولی الان تو بازاره.
همه دارن تلاش میکنن که خاموشش کنن برای همیشه- یکروز ام اس خاطره میشه-بزودی قول میدم-کمتر از 10 سال آینده
