با سلام خدمت دوستان
اين نوشته از جانب اينجانب و حامد عزيز هست كه به دليل كسالت مسئوليتش رو به عهده من گذاشته است.
من و حامد عزيز به مدت 3 سال در هيئت مديره سايت ام اس سنتر وظيفه خدمت به دوستان را داشتيم و در اين مدت فعاليت هاي مختلفي صورت پذيرفت. هدف از ورود ما به مجموعه مديريت كمك به جامعه ام اس و تشكيل محيط مجازي امن و مفيد، افزايش آگاهي جامعه در زمينه عارضه ام اس، افزايش دانش عمومي و تخصصي، برقراري رابطه با انجمن هاي حامي بيماران، تشكيل كارگروه هاي هنري-علمي و ورزشي، برگزاري مراسم هاي عمومي و سفر، و دهها هدف مرتبط ديگر بود.
در طي اين مدت به كمك ساير دوستان توانستيم برخي فعاليت ها را در اين زمينه انجام دهيم كه مي توان از آنها به برگزاري چندين ديدار براي اعضاي سايت، برگزاري چندين سفر برون شهري، ارتباط و عقد تفاهمنامه همكاري با انجمن ام اس ايران، تشكيل اساسنامه سايت ام اس سنتر، هماهنگي هاي مربوط به شركت برخي از اعضا در برنامه ماه عسل، تشكيل تيم نظارت ارشد و ناظرين سايت، شركت در جلسات سياستگذاري مجله پيام ام اس، و دهها مورد مشابه ديگر كه شايد مهمترين اين فعاليت ها موردي باشد كه تاكنون اعلام نشده ولي با تلاش هاي برخي از كاربران سايت يكي از بزرگترين نيازهاي جامعه ام اس در زمينه مسائل دانش تخصصي مرتفع گرديده كه طي ماههاي آينده انشاالله اطلاع رساني و بهره برداري خواهد شد.
تمام تلاش ما دو نفر در مجموعه مديريت سايت كمك به پيشبرد اهداف مجموعه بود و اين هدف بدون هيچ چشمداشت مادي و صرفا از روي علاقه شخصي بود و اينكه شايد نسبت به ساير تيم مديريت كمتر در ارتباط با كاربران بوديم و كمتر ديده مي شديم به خاطر افزايش تمركز بر روي اهدافمان بود و اينكه علاقه اي براي مطرح بودن هم نبود.
اكنون بعد از گذشت 3 سال به نظر مي رسد كه ديگر مجالي براي پيشبرد اهداف ذكر شده وجود ندارد و براي حفظ و اعتلاي سايت قطع همكاري ما با مجموعه و بازگذاشتن دست مديران سايت براي انتخاب همكارانشان مي تواند مفيدتر و موثر تر باشد.
وجود برخي اختلاف نظرها در هر مجموعه مديريتي طبيعي است و گاهي براي حفظ كل مجموعه نياز است تا برخي با قطع همكاري خود در حفظ اساس و پايه هاي آن سيستم راهگشا باشند.
لذا از اينجا من و حامد عزيز از همه كاربران سايت كه در اين مدت پشتوانه و مايه دلگرمي ما بودند تشكر كرده و از اينكه شايد نتوانستيم به اندازه اي كه در خور شان و لياقتشان هست خدمت كنيم عذرخواهي مي كنيم و استعفاي خودمان را از هيئت مديره سايت اعلام مي كنيم.
در پايان اميدواريم با اين استعفا و از بين رفتن برخي اختلاف ديدگاهها مديران سايت با دست بازتري به پيشبرد اهداف و برنامه هاي خود پرداخته و به جامعه ام اس خدمت رساني كنند.

نمیشه ما خودمون حق انتخاب داشته باشیم؟
بابا سایت بدون وجود ما کاربرا ارزشی نداره بهتر نیست خودمون انتخاب کننده مدیریت سایت باشیم؟

دوستان صمیمی من! برادر های بزرگتر من!
من اینجا باید از ارزش اعتباری که این 3 ساله برای سایت ایجاد کردید و سایت رو به اینجایی که هست رسوندید تشکر میکنم.
من یکی حداقل می دونم اگر شما 700-800 تا پست در انجمن دارید دست کم 700-800 تایی هم در انجمن های مدیریتی دارید
و تلاش های شما بعنوان بزرگتر های جمع ما غیر قابل جبرانه.
اگرچه خلا بزرگی در بخش مدیریتی سایت ایجاد میشه ولی دستکم برای خودتون خیلی خیلی بهتره!
آرزوی موفقیت و سربلندی دارم براتون.

مهدی و حامد عزیز منم به عنوان یه کاربر عادی و کسی که کمابیش از نزدیک شاهد زحمات و دلسوزیهاتون برای پابرجا نگه داشتن و ارتقاء سطح علمی و کیفی سایت بوده، صمیمانه کمال تشکر را دارم.

مطمئنم که حضورتون به عنوان هیئت مدیره در سایت میتونه خیلی مفید باشه ولی به تصمیمتون احترام میزارم و امیدوارم شرایطی ایجاد بشه که دوباره مانند سابق سایت بتونه از حضورتون بهره مند بشه.

من هم با وجود تازه وارد بود و غیر ام اسی بودن ، در حد خودم شاهد زحمتهاتون بودم و ممنون .
انشالله همیشه پاینده باشد و اگر هم قصد استعفاء دارید حداقل حضورتون در سایت پررنگ باشه .
