سلامت نیوز: متخصص بیماریهای مغز و اعصاب بیمارستان ولی عصر(عج) استان زنجان، گفت: امید به زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به MS حدود 10سال كمتر از سایر افراد جامعه است.

به گزارش سلامت نیوز به نقل از ایرنا،عبدالرضا قریشی، در گفتگو با ایرنا، با اشاره به اینكه بیماری MS یك بیماری مزمن دراز مدت و التهابی كه نواحی متعددی (مولتیپل ) از سیستم عصبی مركزی (مغز و نخاع )را گرفتار می كند، افزود: این روند موجب سخت شدن (اسكلروز) بافت عصبی در ناحیه مبتلا شده و در نتیجه موجب اختلال در ارسال و دریافت پیام های عصبی می شود.

وی، اظهار كرد: بیماری MS شایع ترین نوع بیماری مغز و اعصاب در جهان است و هر روز نیز بر تعداد مبتلایان به این بیماری افزوده می شود.

این متخصص مغز و اعصاب بیمارستان ولی عصر (عج) استان زنجان، با بیان اینكه بیماری MS در مقایسه با سایر بیماریها روند روبه رشدی دارد، افزود: عزم جهانی برای تشخیص و كنترل این نوع بیماری با جدیت بیشتری شكل گرفته است.

وی، با بیان اینكه طی سه سال گذشته آمار مبتلایان بیماری MS در كشور رشد سه برابری داشته است، اظهار كرد: شیوع روز افزون این بیماری نگرانی هایی را در محافل بین المللی ایجاد كرده و نوع داروها و قیمت بالای آن نیز از دیگر مواردی است كه متولیان بهداشت و درمان را بیش از گذشته به خود معطوف كرده است.

قریشی، مهم ترین معضلات كنونی بیماران مبتلا به MS در كشور را تهیه داروهای مورد نیاز دانست و افزود: سال 87، اعتباری بالغ بر 850 میلیارد ریال یارانه دارویی به بیماران MS اختصاص یافت كه با توجه به این موضوع یك سوم یارانه دارویی كشور به داروهای مورد نیاز این بیماران پرداخت شده است.

وی، خاطرنشان كرد: علت های مختلفی در بیماری MS دخالت دارد و درمان قطعی برای این نوع بیماری تاكنون وجود ندارد.

این متخصص بیماری های مغز و اعصاب بیمارستان ولی عصر(عج) استان زنجان، بیشترین مبتلایان به بیماری MS را گروههای سنی 25 تا 34 سال اعلام كرد و یادآور شد: بیماری MS در زنان سه برابر مردان مشاهده می شود و شناخت از علائم آن تاثیر بسزایی در كنترل بیماری دارد.

آقای قریشی یه مقدار زیاد اشتباه کرده !! آقای قریشی منظورش این نبوده مبتلایان به ام اس اصولا به زندگی امید ندارند بلکه منظورش این بوده ما با سیاست های درمانی و داروییمون سعی مون بر اینه که امید به زندگی رو کاهش بدیم . آقای قریشی بهتره بره یه ذره جامع تر درباره امید به زندگی در ایران تحقیق کنه نه فقط در بیماران ام اس ، و در نهایت توو این شکلش هم آقای قریشی باید بدونه ما در جایی از دنیا به دنیا اومدیم و طوری زندگی کردیم که حسابی پوست کلفت شدیم . دیگه چیزی نمی تونه امید به زندگی رو توو ما از بین ببره agreement2
