داروئی تحقیقاتی در کنترل درد بیماری ام اس. - warrior - 2012/05/21

عزیزان مبتلا به ام اس با مکانیسم های متفاوتی ممکن است دچار درد شوند یکی از این مکانیسم ها، آسیب رشته های عصبی است که به آن درد عصبی یا نوروپاتیک می گویند. علت درد هرچه که باشد، لازمه احساس آن ، این است که پیامدهای درد بتواند در طول سلولهای عصبی خاص ، طی مسیر کنند و به مغز برسند. لذا اگر بتوان مانع انتقال حس درد در طول سلول عصبی شد ، می توان درد را کنترول و یا کاهش داد . درکنار داروهای موجود برای کاهش درد عصبی( نوروپاتیک) اخیراً داروئی به نام 7050-BL توسط محققین ساخته شده که از طریق تاثیر روی کانالهای پتاسیمی در سلول عصبی ، مانع از انتقال پیام درد می شود.

در آینده ای نزدیک این دارو وارد مطالعات بالینی خواهد شد.

من یکی از دکترام بهم میگفت ام اس اصلا درد نداره... ام اس و درد کلی از هم جدان
و من کلی خندیدم...حالا نمیدونم خنده ی من اشتباه بود یا حرف قشنگ اون
من خودم چشمم درد میگیره گه گاهی ... پشت چشمم.و گاهی درد عضلانی دارمconfused2

من در طی این سالها دردی در پاهام نداشتم فقط 5-6 سالیه گاه گاهی درد شدید عصب سه قلوی صورت را در یکی از دندانهایم احساس می کنم angry3angry3
در صورتیکه خود دندان هیچ مشکلی نداره

من از شدت درد عضلات پاهام شبا بسختی میخوابم........... خیلی زجر اوره هم بی حسه هم درد داره ...... عجیبه

منم دستم از داخل درد میگیره درد چشم هم موقع خستگی دارم
