پژوهشگران مي‌گويند گريه‌کردن مي‌تواند به سلامت بدن کمک کند

به گزارش سلامتيران به نقل از روزنامه ايندپندنت محققان دانشگاه مينه‌سوتا در آمريکا مي‌گويند گريه کردن مي‌تواند بدن را مداوا کند.
به گفته اين دانشمندان گريستن به بدن کمک مي‌کند تا پس از يک رويداد استرس‌زا تعادل خود را باز يابد.
به گفته اين محققان بدن هنگام مواجهه با استرس، مواد شيميايي در بدن ترشح مي‌شود که اشک مي‌تواند آنها را دفع کند و مانع از بروز حملات قبلي و صدمه رسيدن به برخي مراکز مغزي شود.
بررسي محققان نشان داده است اشکي که در پي مواجهه‌اي با احساس ريخته مي‌شود حاوي مقدار فراواني پروتئين، منيزيم، پتاسيم و هورمون‌هايي شامل پرولاکتين است. هورمون پرولاکتين نقشي اصلي در مقابله با استرس بازي مي‌کند.
تحقيقات همچنان نشان داده حساسيت پوست در حال گريستن و بعد از آن افزايش مي‌يابد و فرد عميق‌تر تنفس مي‌کند. نشانه‌هايي که حاکي از تعادل رواني و جسمي است.
اين بررسي نشان مي‌دهد زنان به طور متوسط 47 مرتبه در سال و مردان هفت مرتبه گريه مي‌کنند. 77 درصد مردم تنها در خانه و 15 درصد در ماشين يا محل کار گريه مي‌کنند. همچنين 39 درصد افراد بيشتر در شب هنگام، 16 درصد صبح‌ها، 29 درصد ظهر و 17 درصد عصرها تمايل به گريه کردن دارند. چهار درصد تنها زماني که تنها هستند مي‌گريند و 89 درصد احساس خوبي بعد از گريستن پيدا مي‌کنند

به طور کلی من در بیشتر موارد وقتی می بینم زورم نمیرسه زود گریم می گیره :60: ولی خیلی احساس سبکی می کنم بعدش بیشتر موارد هم میرم تو اتاقم تنهایی گریه می کنم بیشتر کیف میده smiling

پس چرا من سالم نیستم. اغلب هم تا بهم بگن پخ گریه می کنم ولی هیچکس احساس سالم بودن منو نمی کنه تازه بهم یا می گن دیونه یا می گن تو هم که اشکت در مشکته. بعد از سرنده پیتی فکر کنم گریه های منه که دیدنیه؟
