دویدن از نظر مصرف کردن و سوزاندن کالری ، ‌از هر نوع ورزش و تمرین بدنی دیگری سبقت می گیرد.

در هنگام پیاده روی یک پا همیشه در تماس با زمین است بنابراین آسان تر است.

مزایای پیاده روی از نظر سوزاندن کالری زیاد است.

افرادی که پیاده روی می کنند اغلب نسبت به افراد بدون تحرک و دوندگان کمتر بیمار می شوند.

مطالعه ای نشان داده که این افراد نسبت به کسانی که پیاده روی نمی کنند ۵۰ درصد کمتر به سرماخوردگی مبتلا می شوند و در ضمن تعداد گلبول های سفید خونشان که به ویروس ها حمله ور می شوند افزایش می یابد.

دویدن از طریق کاهش فشارخون ، کاهش خطر دیابت ، افزایش کلسترول خوب و کمک به آب کردن چربی مازاد بدن ، بر علل بروز بیماری قلبی تأثیر می گذارد.

مطالعه دیگری نشان داده است زنانی که حداقل سه ساعت در هفته پیاده روی تند می کنند معادل زنانی که به مدت ۹۰ دقیقه در یک هفته به انجام نرمش شدید می پردازند در برابر بیماری قلبی محافظت می شوند .

دویدن در افرادی که به آن عادت ندارند می تواند به افزایش میزان استرس و اضطراب منجر شود اما مطالعات نشان می دهد که در طولانی مدت ، دویدن می تواند شما را در برابر استرس و افسردگی مقاوم تر کند .

به نظر می رسد ورزش و تمرین ملایم در تسکین اضطراب ، بیش از ورزش های شدید موثر باشد.

دویدن می تواند به افزایش فشار روی نخاع و افزایش درد کمر منجر شود. به خصوص در دوندگانی که از تکنیک صحیح استفاده نمی کنند و دارای انعطاف پذیری کم و یا طاقت ضعیف هستند.

مطالعه ای جدید نشان می دهد که سه ساعت پیاده روی در هفته بسیار مؤثرتر از تمرینات مربوط به کمر و پشت در کاهش درد افرادی است که از درد پشت و کمر ،‌ رنج می برند . . .

پیاده روی خیلی خوبه من همیشه بیشتر وقتی میریم مسافرت حداقل روزی 8 ساعت راه یمرم چون میخوام برم خرید و گردش و کارهای دیگه رو انجام بدم
دوئیدنم معمولا وقتی میفتم دنبال خرگوشم انجام میدم ولی در کل پیاده روی رو دوست دارم مخصوصا روزای بارونی icon_biggrin

آیا دویدن تأثیری بر وزن دارد؟

دو ورزشی بسیار راحت، کم هزینه و قابل دسترس برای همه است. اما آثار آن بر روی تناسب اندام چیست؟

آیا دویدن می‌تواند به تناسب اندام شما کمک کند؟

دو، یک ورزش استقامتی مفید
دو، هم مانند تمام ورزش های استقامتی، یاری کنندۀ رژیم های غذایی است. دو همراه با شنا و پیاده روی، بخشی از این ورزش ها هستند که می‌توانند طی چندین سال و بدون خستگی پیگیری شوند، ضمن اینکه افراد تازه کار هم می‌توانند به راحتی خودشان را با این ورزش تطبیق دهند.

دویدن به طور مرتب باعث می‌شود که مصرف انرژی بدن افزایش یابد: ضمناً تخمین زده می‌شود که یک فرد با 60 کیلوگرم وزن، طی 10 کیلومتر دویدن حدود 600 کالری و یک فرد 70 کیلویی حدود 700 کالری می‌سوزانند...

اما دویدن به علت تولید آندورفین که هنگام انجام تمرینات جسمی تولید می‌شود باعث کم شدن استرس هم می‌شود- این ورزش می‌تواند هرزه خوری های نابه‌جا و ذخیره های چربی را بسوزاند- . بنابراین دویدن، همان قدر که برای جسم مفید و عالی است، برای ذهن هم سودمند است!

آیا دویدن تأثیری بر وزن دارد؟
البته، بر خلاف باور عمومی، دویدن ضرورتاً موجب کاهش وزن نمی‌شود!
باید به خاطر داشته باشیم که، دویدن در واقع گرایش به عضلانی کردن بدن دارد و از سوی دیگر این را هم می‌دانیم که عضله سنگین تر از چربی است...

بنابراین دویدن منظم می‌تواند باعث شود که شما یک تا دو کیلوگرم وزن اضافه کنید. اما توجه داشته باشید که گاهی اوقات افزایش وزن بیش از این هاست!

دویدن عموماً اشتها را باز می‌کند، به این ترتیب دریافت کالری بدن افزایش می‌یابد... البته علت این موضوع هم پیدا شده است: بعد از یک فعالیت سخت و سنگین، تمایل به خوردن مثلاً یک تکه شکلات داریم!

خب معلومه پیاده روی چون هم بیشتر راه میری میتونی تندرویم بکنی هم عرق میکنی هم لاغر میشی ضربان قلبتم خوب میشه ولی دویدن شاید ده دقیقه بتونی بعدش هی خسته میشی

من روی تردمیل دوست می دارم بدوم ، ولی معمولا هفته ای یکبار میرم پارک تند تند راه میرم گاهی هم جو میگیره به خاطر این چیزا که تو گوشیم دارم گوش میدم یهو می دوم :60:
ولی بیشتر ترجیح میدم تو خونه روی تردمیل بدوم چون حداقل لباسهام کمتره راحت تر هم هستم. البته ما تو خونه تردمیل نداریم ولی اینطوری دوست می دارم باشه یک پولی برسه برم یک تردمیل هم بخرم خوب میشه laughing3

البته الآن حدود 4 کیلو کم کردم وزنم رو واسه که عرق میکنم تو پیاده روی هام تو پارک ایول ایول love28

دوستانی که میتونیدبدوید خوش به حالتون من 5 یا 6 ساله که دیگه دویدن رو تو خواب میبینم angry3همین که بتونم درست حسابی راه برم بایدکلی هم خداروشکر کنمconfused2
