سلامت نیوز :چغاله بادام، میوه بادام درختی است که در نواحی مرکزی و غربی آسیا از جمله افغانستان، ایران، سوریه و فلسطین پرورش می یابد. میوه این درخت، بادامی با پوست سبز رنگ و پوشیده از کرک است.

* به نوشته «ehow»، این میوه قبل از مصرف باید خوب شسته شود.

*مصرف این میوه از گرفتگی عضلات جلوگیری می کند. ترکیبات اسیدی آن، مانع از آسیب رسیدن به معده و بروز سرطان معده می شود.

* مصرف این میوه باعث تقویت لثه و ریشه دندان ها می شود.

* خشکی دهان را از بین می برد.

* این میوه که کمی تلخ است حاوی مقداری اسید سیانیدریک و ترکیبی از سم خطرناک سیانور است که مصرف آن ممکن است باعث مسمومیت شود.

مصرف بیش از حد این میوه باعث سردرد، حالت تهوع، اسهال و دل درد می شود.

خواص درمانی چاغاله بادام


چغاله بادام یكی از میوه‌های نوبر فصل بهار و در واقع میوه درخت بادام است كه قشر خارجی آن سبز رنگ و پوشیده از كرك‌های ظریف بوده و داخل آن روكش سفید و نرمی وجود دارد كه مغز آبكی و نازك بادام را در خود نگهداری می‌كند.



در این حالت میوه بادام كاملا رشد نكرده و كال است كه با عنوان چغاله بادام مصرف می‌شود. در قدیم معتقد بودند این میوه نارس باعث تقویت لثه و ریشه دندان‌ها می‌شود و برای خشكی دهان مفید است.



چغاله‌هایی كه مقداری تلخی دارند حاوی مقدار بسیار كمی اسیدسیانیدریك و تركیبی از سم خطرناك سیانور هستند كه مصرف زیاد آن می‌تواند منجر به مسمومیت در مصرف‌كننده شود.



به طور كلی مواد مغذی میوه كال و نارس بادام كمتر از میوه‌های رسیده است و از نظر كلسیم، آهن و به طور كلی املاح معدنی در سطح پایین‌تری قرار دارد. رسیده این میوه افراد را در برابر بیماری‌هایی چون پوكی استخوان ، افزایش كلسترول ، كم‌خونی و چسبندگی روده‌ها محافظت می‌كند، اما تا وقتی كال است از این ویژگی‌ها برخوردار نیست.



البته این میوه در صورت عدم افراط و رعایت برخی نكات بهداشتی فایده مهمی چون جلوگیری از گرفتگی عضلات دارد. در واقع میوه سبزرنگی نظیر چغاله بادام كه كال و نارس است سرشار از كلروفیل است. كلروفیل داخل بدن در مسیر كانال گوارشی به تولید منیزیم كمك شایانی می‌كند و از آنجا كه منیزیم برای كاهش گرفتگی عضلات نقش بسزایی دارد، خوردن متعادل آن می‌تواند تا حدی در بهبود گرفتگی عضلات مفید واقع شود.



از سوی دیگر این نوبرانه تركیبات اسیدی دارد كه وجود آنها در معده مانع آسیب رسیدن به بافت معده و بروز سرطان معده می‌شود؛ البته باید گفت این نوبرانه از نظر ویتامین C كامل نیست و كم كالری بودن آن نیز موجب لاغری نمی‌شود.



این میوه اغلب هضم سنگینی دارد و از آنجا كه با هدف كسب سود بیشتر توسط باغداران با وسوسه دلالان و واسطه‌ها زودهنگام عرضه می‌شود بیش از حد كال و نارس بوده و طبیعت آن بسیار سرد است به گونه‌ای كه فرد با مصرف بیش از اندازه آن به اصطلاح عامیانه سردی می‌كند و گاهی دچار عوارضی از قبیل دل‌درد، تهوع، اسهال و سردرد می‌شود.



اگر چغاله بادام به صورت بهداشتی كمپوت، خورش یا ترشی شود مصرف متعادل آن می‌تواند تا حدودی مواد مغذی را به بدن برساند.چون این میوه با پوست مصرف می‌شود باید حتما در ضدعفونی كردن و شستن آن دقت كرد.



اغلب میوه‌فروشان و فروشندگان دوره‌گرد با آب جوی یا چاه مبادرت به شستن این میوه می‌كنند كه می‌تواند عاملی برای بروز بیماری‌های گوارشی بویژه حصبه شود.



بیماری حصبه نوعی عفونت باكتریایی است كه از طریق مصرف آب یا غذای آلوده می‌تواند به انسان منتقل شود كه در كودكان و افراد بالای 60 سال رایج‌تر است.



عوارض این بیماری شامل كاهش شدید آب و املاح بدن ، سوراخ شدن روده‌ها، خونریزی دستگاه گوارش، عفونت استخوان و هپاتیت است.
