من ارشد قبول شدم.به نطرتون بخونم یا نه؟
آخه من از دکتر صحراییان این سوال رو پرسیدم ایشون گفتن اگه بدون استرس بخونی ضرری برات نداره بخون
آخه جون من مگه میشه امتحان و درس خوندن بی استرس باشه؟

میشه کمکم کنین 1تصمیم درست بگیرم؟

شیرین جان به نظر من اصلا کار سختی نیست
اگر بخوای می تونی با موفقیت این دوره هم بگذرونی بدون این که حالت بد بشه
عزیزم ارشد با دوره لیسانس خیلی فرق داره
نمی دونم رشته ات چیه، ولی ارشد بیشتر پروژه و ارائه و این چیزاست
نه این که امتحان نداشته باشه، نه
ولی حتی امتحانش هم مثل کارشناسی نیست
به نظر من اگر برای ارائه و این چیزها مشکلی نداشته باشی ارشد استرسش خیلی کمتر از کارشناسی هست
باز هم خودت روحیه خودت رو بهتر می دونی عزیزم

ای بابا شیرینم امتحانای ما هم با استرسه
بعدشم برای پیشرفت باید رو یکسری مسائل پوچ که میگن ام اس مانع هستش پا بزاری
بابا پیشرفت تحصیلیت اصلا نمی ارزه که به خاطره ام اسه ناقابل بزاریش کنارش

منم دارم می خونم حتما هم قصد قبول شدن دارم اگر قبول شدم درسم رو می خونم و الا میرم سر یک کاری که سرم گرم باشه به هیچی فکر نکنم.

اگر رشته ای که آدم میخونه مورد علاقش باشه هیچ استرسی نداره اما اگر اینطور نباشه درس خوندن اشتباهه.
من هر دو حالتش را تجربه کردم.

اگر کسی دنبال علایقش باشه هر سختی رو پشت سر میگذاره ولی باید با برنامه ریزی ومدیریت زمان بهتر سختی ها رو مهار کرد تا به سلامتی لطمه نزنه . منم الآن سال دوم ارشدریاضی هستم وباوجود بیماری ام اس تا این جا پیش اومدم وخیلی مصمم تر ادامه میدم.

عزیزم من تو ام اس سنتر یه ترجمه تحقیق دیدم که گفته بود استرسهای کوچیک و مقطعی مثل امتحان و اینها تاثیری رو پیشرفت بیماری نداشته اما استرسهای بزرگ مثل تهدید از هم پاشیدن زندگی خانوادگی یا مرگ و بیماری عزیزان شانس حمله رو افزایش میداده...

بنابراین نباید سخت باشه عزیزم. فکر کنم بتونی بی دردسر پشت سر بگذاریش...

من فکر میکنم اگه این شانس رو به خاطر بیماری از دست بدی بعدا افسوسش رو میخوری و بیشتر اذیت میشی. موفقیت شاید باعث بشه بعدا شادتر و بهتر زندگی کنی...
به نظرم برو درس رو بخون اما به خودت قول بده که اصلا برات نتیجه امتحان و نمره و ارائه و اینها مهم نباشه... تو تلاشت رو بکن اما بی استرس... من فکر میکنم ماها خوب میدونیم که جز سلامتی باقی چیزها ارزش فکر وخیال نداره... و میتونیم از پسش بربیایم.
