اندازه گیری سطح سرمی ویتامین D در بیماران عضو انجمن MS



طبق مطالعات انجام شده در کشور ایران ، حدود 80% جمعیت ایران دچار کمبود ویتامین D هستند .

از طرفی اخیراً ، در ارتباط با کمبود ویتامین D و افزایش بروز حملات بیماری MS مطالب زیادی مطرح شده است

لذا طبق هماهنگی مسئولین انجمن MS با برخی از آزمایشگاههای معتبر ، از اسفند ماه سال 91 ، طرح نمونه گیری خون از بیماران عضو انجمن جهت اندازه گیری سطح سرمی ویتامین D آغاز شد. حدود 200 بیمار طبق برنامه ی مشخص و با اطلاع قبلی در انجمن حاضر شده به صورت رایگان از آنان نمونه گیری انجام شد و سپس پاسخ آن به اطلاع بیماران رسانده شد تا با پزشک معالج خود مشورت نمایند.

به لطف الهی این برنامه در سال 91 ادامه خواهد یافت و به بیماران از طریق پیامک یا تلفن روز نمونه گیری اطلاع داده خواهد شد. بیمار در روز مراجعه باید 8ساعت ناشتا باشد و با همراه داشتن دفترچه بیمه درمانی به انجمن مراجعه نمایند. از آنجا که روز نمونه گیری با هماهنگی پرسنل آزمایشگاه و پزشک مشخص می شود ، از بیماران خواهشمند است که فقط در روزی که توسط انجمن به آنها اطلاع داده می شود مراجعه نمایند.

با سلام به دوستان عزیزم.از جمله مشکلات بیماران عزیز ام اسی.کمبود ویتامین دی در خون آنهاست.دکترم ازمایش اندازه گیری مقدار ویتامین دی برام نوشت.مال من 14 بود و محدوده قابل پذیرش 20 الی ۳۲ بود.که از علایم کمبود ویتامین دی سردردهای نبضی و گرفتگی عضلات می باشد.لذا از همه دوستان می خواهم حتما این ازمایش را انجام دهند تا اگر با کمبود این ویتامین بسیار مهم که کارکردش همانند یک هورمون می باشد روبرو شدند حتما نسبت به رفع ان اقدام کنید.لطفا حتما پی گیری کنید.به امید سلامتی.

یک دانشجوی دکترای تغذیه:
بیماران ام اسی سالی یکبار سطح ویتامین D خونشان را چک کنند

نادرنیوز: یک دانشجوی دکترای تغذیه گفت: در خانواده‌هايي كه بيمار مبتلا به MS دارند بايد سالي يكبار سطح ويتامينD افراد آن خانواده چك شود تاكمبود ويتامينD نداشته باشند.

ميترا زراتي در گفت‌وگو با خبرنگار نادرنیوز بيان داشت: يكسري عوامل وجود دارد كه در پيشگيري و جلوگيري از بيماري بسيار اهميت دارد.

وي ادامه داد: تغذيه در پيشگيري از بيماري بسيار اهميت دارد چرا كه تغذيه صحيح مي‌تواند در بروز بسياري از بيماري‌ها موثر باشد.

اين دانشجوي دكتراي تغذيه اذعان داشت: ويتامينD يكي از موثرترين ويتامين‌ها در بروز بيماري‌هاي استخواني است چرا كه كمبود ويتامينD در استخوان‌هاي افراد تاثير مي‌گذارد و ديده شده در افراد ام اسی معمولاً آنتي‌بادي‌هاي خودشان واكنش‌هايي را در بدنشان ايجاد مي‌كند كه بروز بيماري‌هاي خود ايمني را افزايش مي‌دهد.

زراتي اظهار داشت: در خانواده‌هايي كه بيمار مبتلا به MS دارند بايد سالي يكبار سطح ويتامينD افراد آن خانواده چك شود تاكمبود ويتامينD نداشته باشند.

وي تصريح كرد: در روند درماني اين افراد حتماً ويتامينD به صورت تزريقي و يا خوراكي بايد قرار گيرد.

من سه ماه، ماهی یه دونه آمپول D3 سر خود زدم
وقتی دکترم فهمید برام آزمایش نوشت
جواب آزمایش رو که دید گفت چون سه ماه استفاده کردی آزمایشت سطح d3 رو پایین نشون نداده، ولی حتما ماهی یه دونه رو ادامه بده
چون سطح کلسیم بدنم هم زیاد بود و نمی تونستم قرص کلسیم دی بخورم
به شما هم پیشنهاد می کنم حتما این آزمایش رو بدین

من چند ماه پيش ازمايش D3 دادم وجوابش 25 بود. دكترم گفت سطح نرمالش 100 هستش و هفته اى يه قرص تجويز كرد.
بعد از 2ماه كه قرص رو مصرف كردم,ازمايش دادم و متاسفانه شده بود 311. confused2
ميگن بالا بودن ويتامين دى به كبد آسيب ميزنه.

سلام بچه های گل.icon_questionمقدار نرمال ویتامین دی بین 20تا 80باید باشه وبالاتر از این هم سمیت ایجاد میکنه .اول برید تست ویتامین دی بدید اگه پایین بود هفته ای یه قرص ویتامین دی بخورید .البته اونهایی هم که کمبود ویتامین دی اونها برطرف شده با دارو بهتره با مشورت پزشک ویتامین دی رو ادامه بدن وقطع مصرف نکنن .خیلی دوستون دارم love51love51icon_biggrin

پزشک من کلا به انجام هیچ گونه آزمایشی اعتقادی نداره همین ام آر ای هم صد سال یه بار به زور می نویسهlaughing3laughing3laughing3 ویتامین دی رو هم همین طوری واسم نوشت بدون هیچ آزمایشیconfused2

واقعا نمیدونستم باید ازمایش دادTongueدکتر به من قرص مکمل که همه چی با هم داره icon_cryداده از جمله ویتامین د هم داره که هر شب هم یادم میره بخورمSmile (16)
