زنگ خطرهای بیماری ام .اس

یک متخصص مغز و اعصاب دلایل مختلفی اعم از زندگی در ارتفاعات، ژنتیک، مهاجرت، جنسیت و شغل را از جمله زمینه های ابتلا به بیماری لاعلاج ام. اس برشمرد.

دکتر مژگان قهرمانی در گفتگو با مهر اظهار داشت: افرادی که در ارتفاعات زندگی می کنند احتمال شیوع به بیماری ام .اس درآنها بالا است.

وی افزود: به این جهت که در ارتفاعات سطح اکسیژن کاهش می یابد و همین امر منجر به ایجاد بیماری ام.اس خواهد شد.

قهرمانی در ادامه گفت: احتمال ابتلا به ام.اس در دوقلوها نیز بالاست و 20درصد دوقلوهای همسان تحت تاثیر ابتلا به این بیماری قرار دارند.

این متخصص مغز وعصاب به نقش جنسیت در ابتلا به این بیماری نیز اشاره کردو افزود: خانم ها نسبت به آقایان در خطر بیشتری قراردارند.

وی ادامه داد: بررسی نوع شغل نیز این فاکتور را تایید کرده که شغل هم می تواند درصد ابتلا به ام .اس را افزایش دهد.

قهرمانی افزود: بررسی ها نشان داده است افرادی که شغل آنها با جیوه سروکار دارد به ام.اس مبتلا می شوند.

قهرمانی اظهارداشت : با توجه به موارد ذکر شده زمینه ابتلا به ام.اس مولتی فاکتریال بوده و عوامل متعددی زمینه ساز ابتلا به این بیماری خواهد بود.

این متخصص مغز و اعصاب بروز علائمی نظیردوبینی ، کرختی، حمله های عصبی ، اختلال در تعادل و تاریکی دید را از جمله زنگ خطرهای ابتلا به ام.اس برشمرد وگفت: با کاهش میزان استرس ، مصرف چربی ، ورزش متعادل ، آب درمانی و مصرف به موقع داروها می توان به مقابله با این بیماری پرداخت.

عوامل خطر ساز محیطی و ژنتیک MS

پژوهشگران در جستجوی شناسایی عوامل خطر ساز اسکلروزمولتیپل (MS) در کودکانی هستند که به صورت اتفاقی دچار از بین رفتن میلین در دستگاه عصبی مرکزی شده اند. این پژوهشگران به صورت آینده نگر تعداد 302 کودک ( کمتر از 16 سال) را مورد بررسی قرار داده اند که ظرف 90 روز پس از شروع نشانه از بین رفتن میلین به یکی از 23 مرکز مسوول در کانادا مراجعه کرده بودند.

در طول مدت متوسط پیگیری 3 ساله، 63 نفر از این کودکان (21%) دچار MS شدند. سن بالاتر شروع نشانه های از بین رفتن میلین (12 در برابر 9) با افزایش قابل توجه احتمال بروز MS همراه بود. در کودکانی که با نقایص متعدد مراجعه کرده بودند، آن عده که دچار آنسفالوپاتی ENCEPHALOPATHY بودند به طور قابل توجه کمتر از آنهایی که دچار آنسفالوپاتی نبودنددچار MS شدند. در کودکانی که دچار MS شده بودند باندهای الیگوکلونال OLIGOCLONAL BAND در مایع مغزی نخاعی بیشتر از کودکانی بود که دچار MS نبودند ( 60 در برابر 15%) ایجاد MS با پائین تر بودن غلظت ویتامین D در سرم، عفونت ویروس EPSTEIN-BARR و عیار آنتی EBNA1 و وجود یک یا چند آلل HLA-DRB115 همراه بود. در کودکانی که دارای تمامی این عوامل خطر ساز بودند به طور قابل توجه بیش از کودکانی که دارای این عوامل خطر ساز نبودند (57 در برابر 5%) MS تشخیص داده شد.

یکی از هدف های این بررسی ارزیابی از بین رفتن زودرس میلین بود، یعنی زمانی که عوامل محیطی از نظر زمانی با ایجاد بیماری پیوند نزدیکی دارند. برای کمک به پزشک در تشخیص میان بیماری های طبی از بین برنده میلین در MS کودکان و آنسفالومیلیت حاد منتشر از این یافته ها می توان اطلاعات پیش آگهی سودمندی به دست آورد .
