آیا مانیتور پوست شما را پیر می کند ؟


سلامت نیوز :شاید شما هم با تردید به این خبر که اشعه مانیتور منجر به پیری پوست می شود نگاه می کنید . به گزارش سلامت نیوز به نقل از Prevention این خبر برای افرادیکه مدام در حال کار با کامپیوتر هستند یک خبر بد محسوب می شود . فردی که تمام طول روز و حتی ساعاتی از شب را پای کامپیوتر سپری می کند ندانسته خود را در معرض دوز اضافی اشعه ماورا بنفش قرار می دهند .
صفحه نمایش CRT کهنه نوعی از مانیتور است که مقدار کمی از اشعه UV را از خود ساطع می کند و جز برای افرادیکه نسبت به این موضوع حساسیت شدید دارند مطرح نیست مثل افرادیکه بیماری لوپوس دارند .
اگر از صفحه نمایش هایی قدیمی تر از CRT استفاده می کنید باید یک محافظ برای جلوگیری از تابش اشعه UV که در اکثر فروشگاههای الکترونیکی موجود است تهیه کنید اما اگر از لپ تاپ یا صفخه نمایش های LCD دار استفاده می کنید نیازی به این کار نیست و نباید نگران پوست خود باشید .

يك متخصص بيماريهاي چشم گفت: عينك و فيلترهاي مخصوص كامپيوتر تاثيري در جلوگيري از اشعه‌هاي مضر مانيتور ندارد.



دكتر اميد صانحپور در گفت‌وگو با خبرنگار سرويس بهداشت و درمان خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران اظهارداشت: نورهاي مريي ساطع از لامپهاي روشنايي و مانيتورها اعم از كامپيوتر و تلويزيون معمولا ضرر چنداني براي چشم ندارد ولي نورهاي نامريي ساطع از آنها، نه صرفا بر روي چشم بلكه بر روي كليه بافتهاي بدن كه در معرض اين نورها قرار دارند، آسيب مي‌رساند.



وي مهمترين نورهاي نامرئي را نور ماوراي بنفش خواند و افزود: نور ماوراي بنفش در درازمدت باعث ايجاد سرطان در بافتهاي بدن مي‌شود.



دكتر صانحپور تصريح كرد: همچنين استفاده ممتد كودكان داراي عارضه نزديك بيني از كامپيوتر اين عارضه را افزايش مي‌دهد.



اين متخصص چشم در پايان گفت: مانيتور كامپيوتر به دليل فاصله كم كاربرد نسبت به مانيتور تلويزيون، ضرر بيشتري دارد
