نتایج تحقیقات دانشمندان انگلیسی نشان می دهد که از دوره ما قبل تاریخ تا دنیای مجازی روی وب، مغز انسان تنها قادر به پذیرش تنها 150 دوست بوده است.

"اعتیاد به دوست" روی شبکه های اجتماعی امروزه به یک نگرانی بزرگ تبدیل شده است. این درحالی است که نتایج تحقیقات محققان دانشگاه آکسفورد نشان می دهد که فضای "نئوکورتکس" مغز برای دوست یابی از یک محدودیت برخوردار است و قادر نیست که بیش از 150 دوست را برای خود تعریف کند.

نئوکورتکس مسئول پردازش افکار آگاهانه و زبان است و توانایی ایجاد تماس این فضای مغزی با دیگران تنها برابر با 150 نفر است. بنابراین بهتر است که این محدودیت به جای آنکه صرف افراد ناشناس شود برای دوستی با آشنایان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

این محققان در این خصوص اظهار داشتند: "در کل، دنیای اجتماعی ما بسیار کوچک است حتی اگر اینترنت امکان وسیع کردن این دنیا را از طریق ارسال کارت پستالهای مجازی برای هزار و 500 دوست اینترنتی فراهم کند باز تنها 150 دوست واقعا می توانند در ذهن یک فرد بگنجند."

به طور خلاصه یک شخصیت مجازی (آواتار) همان ابعاد یک فرد در پوست و استخوان را دارد چرا که این مغز است که باید هر دو دنیای مجازی و واقعی را شکل دهد و از آنجا که تواناییهای مغز به ساختار فیزیکی آن محدود می شود بنابراین دوست یابی بیش از حد در یک دنیای مجازی بی فایده است.

این محققان انگلیسی به منظور دستیابی به این نتایج، ترافیک آنلاین کسی که هزاران تماس مجازی بر روی شبکه های اجتماعی دارد را با کسی که تماسهایش به چند صد دوست محدود می شود مقایسه کردند. نتایج این تحقیقات نشان داد که تفاوت زیادی میان این دو فرد در کیفیت ارتباط با دیگران وجود ندارد.

این بررسیها در ادامه یک سری از تحقیقاتی انجام شد که این دانشمندان در دهه 90 و با بررسی پویاییهای اجتماعی گروههای نوجوانان، محیطهای کاری و قبایل ما قبل تاریخ انجام داده بودند.

نتایج تمام این تحقیقات نشان می دهد که در تمام دوره های تاریخی، انسان تنها توانسته است روابط مهم خود را با حداکثر 150 نفر حفظ کند.

به گفته این دانشمندان، هر یک از ما پنج فرد بسیار صمیمی در زندگی خود داریم و پس از این افراد، دوستان و آشنایان بر پایه میزان صمیمیت در مغز دسته بندی می شوند و تنها 150 دوست می توانند وارد لیست این طبقه بندیهای مغز شوند.

سلام
تو این عصر ارتباطات با تمام خوبیهاش، ارزش های انسانی داره کم کم فراموش میشه. دوستی ها به سطحی ترین حالت ممکن خودش رسیده و کنار هم بودن به سرگرمی تبدیل شده و تنوع طلبی ها زیاد.
برای همینه که این تحقیقات معنی پیدا کرده. ارتباط با دیگران برای افزایش اطلاعات خیلی خوب و هدف از پیشرفت های ارتباطی همینه. ولی یواش یواش دوستیهای خوب واقعی و باهم بودن داره تبدیل میشه به دوستیهای مجازی.
یکم باید به دوستای خوبی که دور و برمون هستند و می تونن لحظات خوب و شادی برامون ایجاد کنن بیشتر توجه کنیم و از این جهان بی پایان ارتباطات زیاد توقع نداشته باشیم. قدر داشته های خودمون رو بدونیم

اون پلاکها در مغز یعنی اینکه مغز ما defrag شده و فضای اضافی ایجاد کرده برای داشتن دوستان بسیار زیاد..smiling

به فول شازده کوچولو " تو مسئول گل خودت هستی " آخه دوستی که صرفا بودن توو لیست شماره تلفنای همدیگه و گاهی سراغی از هم گرفتن نیست . دوستی احتیاج به مراقبت داره . عین یه درخت گاهی باید هرس بشه ، خارو خاشاکش باید گرفته بشه ، گاهی باید تغذیه بشه تا بتونه خوب رشد کنه . اشکال اینجاست که ما تازگیا به دوستیامون مثه یه شوخی نگاه می کنیم . همین که هستیم و همین که هستند فکر می کنیم کافیه ...... نه ، واقعا دوستی احتیاج به مراقبت داره .
