دانشمندان بنیاد «کسلر» برای اولین بار نشان داده اند که درجه حرارت در فضای باز، بر عملکرد شناختی بیماران مبتلا به MS تأثیرات قابل توجهی بر جای می گذارد. تصور بر این است که شدت بیماری MS در طول ماه های گرم افزایش می یابد. با این حال، این نخستین مطالعه مستند است که تغییرات میزان هشیاری بیماران را بررسی می کند. در هوای گرم بیرون از خانه، بیماران مبتلا به MS در انجام وظایفی که به سرعت پردازش و حافظه مربوط می شوند، عملکرد ضعیف تری دارند. در این حالت، حدود 50 تا 65 درصد از افراد مبتلا به MS در فعالیت هایی نظیر فکر کردن، یادگیری و به خاطر سپردن، دچار مشکلاتی می شوند.

در این مطالعه، 40 نفر مبتلا به MS و 40 نفر بدون MS تحت ارزیابی شناختی حافظه و سرعت پردازش قرار گرفتند. در روزهای خنک تر، افراد مبتلا به MS به میزان 70درصد نمرات بهتری گرفتند، اما برای افراد بدون MS ارتباط معناداری دیده نشد.

به گفته دکتر «ویکتوریا لیویت»، محقق اصلی این مطالعه، این یافته ها برای بیماران، پزشکان و محققان معنادارند. لیویت می گوید:«این اطلاعات مربوط به تصمیم گیری های زندگی و انتخاب روش های درمانی و ارزیابی تأثیرات آنهاست. به هنگام طراحی و انجام آزمایش های بالینی که بسیاری از آنها حدود شش ماه طول می کشند، در نظر گرفتن درجه حرارت در فضای باز ممکن است اهمیت داشته باشد و به عنوان مثال، اندازه گیری های پایه در طول ماه های گرم می تواند یافته های مثبت را افزایش دهد.»

من حاضرم تمام سال سرد باشه چون من اصلا لباس زمستونی ویا گرم ندارم همیشه گرممه واگه یک ذره اتاق گرم بشه دچار سرگیجه ودر نهایت تهوع میشمconfusedconfusedconfused

در تابستون مثل مستا راه میرم تعادلم بدتر میشه.

کاملا درسته .تو هوای شرجی 50 درجه خوزستان آدم احساس میکنه مغزش داره ذوب میشه

البته هوای خیلی سرد هم تاثیر منفی داره همچنین اکثر داروها هم باز طبع آدم را گرم میکنه. smiling

حالا فکر کنید من سر جلسه ی کنکور 4 ساعت تو آفتاب بودم و کسی به دادم نرسیدsad2
توهم زده بودم اصلا عدد ها رو نمی دیدم! مغزم کار نمی کرد!
