شیبانی رییس سازمان غذا و دارو خبر داد:

وی درباره چگونگی تنبیه شركت‌هایی كه مواد بی‌كیفیت تولید می‌‌كنند، گفت: در راستای تشویق شركت‌های معتبر، برنامه ای برای تنبیه شركت‌هایی كه مواد بی‌كیفیت تولید می‌كنند، داریم .

وی تصریح كرد: البته در این زمینه چند مورد تذكر و حتی تا حد تعطیلی خط تولید دارو نیز داشته‌ایم.

شیبانی اضافه كرد:برچسب‌های اصالت در زمینه مواد مجاز و غیر مجاز را تعریف كردیم تا مردم بتوانند با تشخیص مواد مجاز و غیر مجاز این اقلام را خریداری كنند.

رییس سازمان غذا و دارو گفت: مردم باید توجه كنند كه مواد غذایی و به خصوص داروها را از محصولاتی تهیه كنند كه مجوز وزارت بهداشت داشته باشند.

شیبانی درباره مصرف غذاهای آماده گفت: رژیم غذایی یك مساله فرهنگی است و مهم این است كه مردم برای حفظ سلامت خود از میوه‌ها و فیبرها استفاده كنند.

وی با بیان اینكه توصیه وزارت بهداشت همیشه بر استفاده از مواد دارای مجوز از طرف وزارت بهداشت بوده است، گفت: در عین حال وزارت بهداشت در قبال خرید و فروش محصولات تبلیغی از سوی ماهواره ها هیچ مسوولیتی ندارد بنابراین مردم به خصوص از خرید این نوع كالاهای تبلیغی از جمله داروها خودداری كنند.

شیبانی اضافه كرد: افراد باید برای درمان بیماری خود به پزشك مراجعه كنند زیرا مشخص نیست كه محتوای پمادها و كرم‌های تبلیغی از سوی ماهواره ها، چیست

وزارت بهداشت درباره عوارض داروهای تبلیغاتی ماهواره اطلاع‌رسانی كند

سلامت نیوز: به گفته عضو هیات رییسه كمیسیون بهداشت و درمان مجلس، داروها و مواد آرایشی كه توسط شبكه‌های ماهواره‌ای تبلیغ می‌شوند علاوه بر غیرعلمی بودن، با فرهنگ مردم ما ناسازگاری داشته و مشكلات جبران‌ناپذیری برای افراد و به خصوص جوانان ایجاد می‌كند.

حسن تامین لیچایی در گفت‌وگو با ایسنا، درباره تبلیغات داروها و مواد آرایشی توسط شبكه‌های مختلف ماهواره‌ای، تصریح كرد: به دلیل آسیب‌زا بودن مواد تبلیغی در شبكه‌های ماهواره‌ای كمیسیون بررسی و برخورد با این معضل را از چند ماه پیش در دستور كار قرار داده است.

وی با تاكید بر عوارض جبران‌ناپذیر داروهای غیرعلمی كه توسط شبكه‌های ماهواره‌ای تبلیغ می‌شود، اظهار كرد: از وزارت بهداشت درباره عملكردش در برخورد با این مواد تبلیغاتی توضیح خواستیم و وزارت بهداشت نقطه‌نظراتی راجع به این مساله بیان كرد.

عضو هیات رییسه كمیسیون بهداشت، با بیان اینكه تا حدودی جلوی این نوع اقدامات گرفته شده است، گفت: هم‌اكنون نظارت بیشتری صورت می‌گیرد، لذا آزادی عملی كه عاملان این تبلیغات در گذشته داشتند از بین رفته است اما اگر بخواهیم نظارت بیشتری بر این موضوع صورت گیرد باید خیلی از ارگان‌ها و سازمان‌های نظارتی به موضوع ورود پیدا كنند.

وی ضمن اظهار بی‌اطلاعی از آمار تلفات جانی و عوارض این داروهای تبلیغاتی در كشور گفت: از وزارت بهداشت درخواست كرده‌ایم تا آمار موثقی در این راستا در اختیار كمیسیون قرار دهد.

تامین لیچایی در خاتمه خاطرنشان كرد: در هر صورت مردم باید خودشان مراقب باشند و دقت كنند كه در دام این تبلیغات مسموم نیفتند كه بدون شك باعث بروز مشكلات جبران‌ناپذیر و پیشمانی آنها در آینده خواهد شد، ضمن اینكه از وزارت بهداشت خواسته‌ایم تا در مورد عوارض این داروها به مردم اطلاع‌رسانی كند به نحوی كه آنها بتوانند در مورد علمی بودن و صحت و سقم این داروها اطلاعات كسب كنند.
